This was a nice motel. The check in area was very clean. The room was not as updated as the lobby but it was nice.

The rooms were old and small for the price. It was located on a busy street and was a bite noisy.

Easy freeway access; grocery store across the street; decent Italian restaurant near grocery store. My room backed up to the pool - the hotel did an excellent job of enforcing the pool hours (9a-9p). Room was small but very clean.

The stay included a nice breakfast. The location was convenient, and the rooms clean/comfortable. The only bad thing were the huge pillows on the beds.

Needs A/C in the hallway....So warm!!! Short Breakfast!!!

I was looking for hotels around Six Flags Magic Mountain, and this hotel came up on the list. It was such a great price that I booked it without realizing that I still had a 30 minute drive! I also was surprised that many of the rooms had doors opening directly to the parking lot and "breakfast" was continental. The hotel clerk, however, was very nice, and moved us to a room with a patio by the pool. The surrounding area was also very nice with lots of eating establishments. The stay suited our needs, and if I need to stay in Woodland Hills I would probably stay here again.

Excellent hotel for the cost. Enjoyed the stay and the loctaion.

The hotel is located in a great neighborhood. Lots of little restaurants within walking distance. The hotel offers a breakfast which is pretty simple good, but there is hardly any room to sit. It's a very small room. The carpet in the hotel is new and black, so don't be surprised if you are walking around in bare feet to have them turn black. The pool is located on the second floor, but it is very clean and nice.

Many eateries within walking distance, very quiet despite nearby traffic and freeway. Clean, helpful and good breakfast.

The first night I had a great room, but the second night, I was moved to another room that was not so nice. On the not so good side, the hotel has music playing in the parking lot that was loud and you can hear it in your room. Breakfast area was very clean and had a good choice of items to choose from.

The room was very nice, it was quiet, which I appreciated greatly. The pool and surrounding plantings were beautifully kept up, and quiet. I would suggest piping in soothing music for the hot tub area, instead of the radio station. The air conditioner could be updated to be more quiet, the TV could be updated to a flat screen. The hotel staff should change and clean the ice bucket daily, instead of just replacing the thin plastic bag liner (our bucket was dirty under the liner, but they corrected that.) The staff was very nice. The location is terrific because across the street, you can find everything. Henry's Market, Whole Foods, Raleys, Starbucks, Yogurt, Rite Aid. Not far away is Topanga Mall. It is easy to drive down to Malibu on Topanga Canyon Rd.

This hotel is in a very good area. Accessibility to everything you could need. The hotel itself is well-maintained with efficient rooms. My only beef is that there is no elevator. For most people that is of no concern, though. Would definitely come back.

The hotel is very convenient to the freeway, to Topanga Canyon and has a shopping center across the street in which anything is attainable (coffee, health food, dry cleaning, yoga, you name it). The hotel was not very crowded yet the desk clerk put me right next to a room occupied by a woman with two shrieking toddlers. I asked to be moved they did so without hesitation, but didn't move me far enough. Same woman was letting her toddlers burn off steam by running up and down the hallways from 9-10 p.m. shrieking and pounding the floors. I asked desk agent to have her stop, he must have taken care of it because it ended. Other than that, the stay was nice; perfect for overnight stop for travelers but likely not a vacation destination.

Nice room, very clean, everything I needed except the bed was kind of hard. Loved everything else about it.

I loved this hotel. Its location is the secluded hills between L.A.'s Westside and the 'Valley' is perfect if you're doing business in the Valley. 15 minutes to Hollywood, 20 minutes to Malibu. 20 Minutes to Downtown. Great staff, very clean and stylish rooms, great breakfast which included waffles, bacon, eggs, coffee, juices, all included. Across the street from shops, cafes, Warner Center, and much more.

Everything was great as far as the hotel, very clean, nicely decorated and a good price...I would only recommend if you do not need internet access. First it was DSL and not wireless...I could deal with that...the service kept dropping and freezing my laptop I ended up with a virus from there and had to reformat it when I got home...thats never happened to me from anywhere before!

I was in the area because of my husband having surgery. The Hotel manager was extremly helpful and supplied extra pillows and such to help us thruough this stressful time Thank you to the management

We were very satisfied with the hotel, the cleanliness and the location. The staff was very helpful and they have a great continental breakfast. We do plan to return to this location. It was so convenient for everything we had to do.

Love this hotel! The service is always frendly, the housekeeping staff so nice (if you talk to them in Spanish they get really happy for some reason). The front desk personelle always helpful.

very clean room, comfortable bed. bathroom is clean. front desk was very friendly. on a busy road so may hear traffic in the morning. free parking available.

I have booked at this hotel on 3 different occasions and they've all been great. Some rooms are a bit smaller than others, but nothing major, still very comfortable. A big plus for the Pantene shampoo/conditioner they provide. (Didn't use it, but nice to know that they have decent shampoo just in case.)

Very good rooms, breakfast and location. Highly recommended.

Located in the middle of everything you could need on a trip to Woodland Hills. The Hotel was very clean and the rooms are comfortable.

I was just quite surprised with the overall quality of the room; it had a love-seat,desk,patio/sliding-door, and a refrigerator I was not expecting of a standard room. My only somewhat negative observation with the room was that there was this one spot on the floor that creaked, I just have a personal annoyance with creaking. But it was nothing major, nothing to change rooms about.
