For an overnight airport hotel, the Hilton was very nice. However, it is only convenient if you are traveling out of Terminal 4 or 5. There is no way to get to Terminal 1,2, or 3 from the hotel so I took a taxi. Also, while the fitness room is open 24hrs, the pool , steam etc has very limited hours

Hotel was as expected for the Hilton group, very comfortable. However I did think it was over priced and was a bit disappointed by the lack of cleanliness of the bathroom. The airport terminal was in walking distance which helped prior to a long haul flight.

Not cheap, but if you are leaving early in the AM from terminal 4, this hotel is perfect. Terminal 4 is a 6 minute walk and you can take the Picadilly line to London.

The hotel itself was great, Conceirge and Check-In staf very helpfull and friendly. Is convenient for train / tube / bus connections to City. But getting to it is not so easy. Hotel is near Terminal 4 and has a shuttle Bus to Term 5, but other wise is a 6 minute walk from Term 4 (covered walkway) but from Term 1, 2, 3, have a long walk through tunnels (Hotel is not clearly signed , but neither are other destinations) to train (free for Terminal transfers) to Term 4 (frequency 15 - 20 minutes). Is easier to take Train from Term 3 to Terminal 5 and then the free shuttle bus - or pay for taxi. However - most other hotels are off airport and have to pay for hotel shuttle, no hotel shuttles permeted for off-airport hotels.

Location, attentive staff and comfortable rooms make this a convenient hotel when flying in and out of Heathrow Airport for early flights. However room rates were expensive compared to the Hilton at Gatwick.

We chose the hotel for its location for access to the tube, m25 and airport. Just before we were due to stay, our son, who was at a sports camp, had his training dates changed and it meant he had to stay with us for our last night. Not a problem. An extra bed was added to the room - additional towels and toiletries too without having to ask - and he was provided with a full buffet breakfast - all free of charge. Wonderful service. So different to a previous stay in the Holiday Inn on Bath Road where we had to plead for an extra bed - even though we had booked a triple room. Would definitely recommend the Hilton over other hotels in Heathrow.

This hotel, although a little more expensive than other hotels in the vicinity of Heathrow Airport London was actually connected to terminal 4 by a walkway. For someone catching an early flight the convenience of checking out, putting your luggage on a cart and walking a few minutes to the terminal all under cover, far outweighed the extra cost. No early morning shuttle-bus struggle and a little exercise before sitting on an eight hour flight was not a bad thing.

This was an overnight stay before a morning departure the following day. The Heathrow Hilton is a convenient place to stay with access to all terminals - either by Shuttle Bus (every 30 mins) - or by car or Taxi whenever you want it. Service was good - no delay at reception -concierges reasonably helpful - and the Restaurants provide a good variety of foods. Rooms are well-equipped, clean and the beds are comfortable. However, there are no trouser presses to take care of travel-wrinkled slacks. Had a blocked sink drain in the bathroom - a plumber was quickly on the job to fix it. This should have been taken care of before the room was "ready for occupancy".

8+ minute walk to actual terminal. Had to be an easier way to get there.

We were able to walk to the terminal. We used the underground to travel into London for the evening. Excellent breakfast included in the price. Unfortunately, a noisy rattle developed in the bathroom during the night which we reported the next morning.

This is what you would expect from Hilton. Very attractive hotel with great restaurant and bars. very convienient fro Terminal 4 and they run a shuttle service to the new Terminal 5.

The experience was excellent, classic Hilton. Rooms were spacious, with modern decor. Quiet, and a great breakfast buffet.

We picked this hotel as a place to restore ourselves before the long trip home. It was perfect! Comfortable, clean, several restaurants to choose from, and good service.

This is always a very convenient location when you have an overnight wait for a connecting flight. It's attached to Terminal 4, provides free bus service to Terminal 5, is easily accessible to the TUBE to get you into London, but has the most outrageous prices for food. In this case, convenience always wins out.

The room was comfortable with 2 twin beds as requested. Bathroom could have been maintained better. The Restaurant was ridiculously overpriced. $30.00 American dollars for a burger, and no cheese, and the service was terrible. I would stay there again only for the convenience.

Great price for the location,easy to get to any of the terminals.

Be aware never to use the room phone to call any mobile telephone in the UK. I was charged 117 pound sterling (about $ 235) for a 30 minutes local (UK) call from my hotel room to a mobile telephone in.....LONDON. This is highway robbery and the hotel should make it clear to its customers that they are charging 3 pounds a minute for UK mobile calls.

Overall highly recommendable,the room was fine but there should be king size beds available.

Heating was not functioning. Msintanence was prompt, told me that there were repairs going on and would bring a space heater. I also requested an additional blanket. Neither were delivered. I was cold, uncomfortable, and not at all pleased. Having stayed at many airport hotels that tend to be in the pricey category, this one was not up to standard.

There was NO noise in this room -- incredible for a hotel located within an in-door walk of the airport terminal.

Great for a flight out of Heathrow the next day. You can walk to Terminal 4 via a covered walkway for your flight. Prices are high as is everything in the UK. Continental breakfast for my husband and I was 32 pounds or about 70 US dollars. So the prices in UK everywhere are out of sight. You could buy cookies in their gift shop and make coffee/tea in your room if you want to save food money.

Hotel was selected due to proximity to Terminal 4 at Heathrow (walking distance). Staff were very courteous and helpful. Restaurants were very expensive.
