The staff at the hotel were very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable. Easy to get to from the airport- great transport links. Highly recomend it!

"Just another standard business hotel"

It is a modern hotel with all the standard facilities, probably at 4 star level. There is no association with local culture or character. It is hard to understand why they charge (a lot!) for internet usage if it is designed for business people. Whereas it is free at most hotels in Budapest.

The Hilton West End was great, clean, very modern, and trendy. The hotel staff took my experience over the top. They were very knowledgable about the area, friendly, attentive, and made my experience in Budapest wonderful. The location is great, attached to the West End mall for shopping and a 1 minute walk from the West End Central station and the underground. Loved it, would stay there again.

"No fivestar hotel"

With our high expectations for a great hotel we arived Hilton Budapest West End with glory. We had three rooms, one of the rooms was a so called exceutive room. The only differnce from the other rooms in the group was that the executive room was a litte bit larger, just a little bit. Kind of boring rooms with green as the main colour. The most disapointing was NO free internet/WiFi, and this is a business hotel? The fee for internet was high! The service vaired from day to day/person to person. Overall there service was good. The best service we received was at the recespsjon and at the bar in "M"-floor after 13 pm. If we are going to Budapest in the future, we probaly won't choose Hilton WestEnd, because of the price, no free internet and boring rooms.

"A wonderfull hotel"

This hotel is really nice. For the price we paid (it was an offer) i do not think it is possible to find better in budapest. The hotel is not in the centre of the town. But it is not such a big city, and by metro (which is 2 minutes from the hotel), you can reach the centre in 3 minutes (just 2 stops), and one stop by tram to andrassy road. The service was really nice, and there is a free fitness and sauna.

Glimrende hotel med OK beliggenhed, men med dyr morgenmad HUF 7500 (= DKK 210) og uden andre morgenmadsalternativer i nærheden. Beliggende lige ved metrostation og indbygget i stort indkøbscenter med 400 butikker. Gåafstand til centrum (2 km)
