Hotel Le Relais Montmartre - París

This was a lovely hotel in an exciting and fun area. I definitely would recommend

The location is very near rue lepic, which means access to the montmartre area in minutes, pigale and abesses. The quartier is full of cafes and small boutique shops and a fantastic charm. Just by the corner you can find the cafe where they filmed "Amelie Poulain"

Charming and pleasant, staff perfect in every way, warm and friendly people, concerned about the guest in every way, immediate attention to any questions or request for assistance. perfect location as a base to explore Paris, Metro station 'Blanche' two blocks away. Exciting Montmarte area, lots of fun and activity. We have no problem endorsing this this hotel whatsoever.

This hotel was in a great location - easily accessible by the metro but tucked away in a side street away from the hustle and bustle. Great restuarants were easily accessible by foot and Montmatre on your doorstep. The room was a great size and well attended to. A lack of tea and coffee making facilities was the only downside to an otherwise perfect stay.

Excellent hotel in quiet off street location - peaceful at night and yet walking distance to 3 different Metro stations (the closest was only 2 mins away). The staff were friendly and although we didn;t have a laptop with us we had full use of a PC in the foyer for use anytime (excellent). The room was a fair size but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom lived upto it's name - i.e. it had a bath ! Airconditioning was very good and not at all noisy and the room was really well cleaned each day. All in all we would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We spent a few days specifically looking around Montmartre and this hotel was perfectly placed for that. Friendly, characterful, clean, warm hotel. Staff very helpful. Loved the location. Only a few steps outside and lots of cafes and restaurants. Buzzy, villagey, safe area with lots of charm.

Lovely hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and didn't mind my faltering French (they all seemed to speak good English anyway!). Very helpful too: we arrived early, hoping to leave our bags and check-in later, but the lady on reception checked the room was ready and let us have the room there and then. Very much appreciated. The hotel is in a quiet side-street, but only a couple of minutes walk from Blanche metro station. The surrounding area of Montmartre is very laid back: lots of small cafes and bars and loads of speciality shopping.

Basic Hotel, clean, friendly staff, central. Overall good impression. Would stay there again.

This hotel is perfect for couples looking for a romantic long weekend and who enjoy exploring. Set in the heart of Montmatre's maze of lanes the hotel is clean, bright and extremely comfortable. Around the corner within 2 minutes walking distance there are enough cafes to keep anyone occupied for several weeks worth of meals. The local shops are open 7 days a week selling local produce and non-tourist items! 4 mins down the road is the metro line and a busier bustling area which surrounds the Moulin Rouge. Definately worth a visit. Be prepared to climb the hill to the Sacre Coeur but again, the views are worth it.

If you are a business traveler, this is a nice, clean, quiet hotel. My husband and I are young and were in Paris for our honeymoon. We found the staff to be stuffy and condescending toward us.

I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel, although quaint and small, had such modern amenities. The room was fresh and well designed for being so small. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was great, the bathroom was modern, and best of all, the staff was superlative. I would return there in a heart beat.

Lovely small hotel, reception staff very helpful. Located just one side street off the action which gives you a quiet hotel in the thick of things. Fantastic postion.

Lovely small hotel, tucked down a (quiet) side street, but only a short walk from Montmarte. Walked from Gare De Nord via Sacre Coeur in approx 30mins. Our room (Confort) was perfectly nice, very clean with well appointed bathroom. We gave the hotel breakfast a miss as there are plenty of Cafes near by. We ate at La Queue du Chat in Rue Tholozé a 10 min walk away and the food was excellent - rustic French. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is definitely the best I've stayed in thus far (of the 3 hotels of 3 star rating that I've been to in Paris). Showers are great! Room was a bit cramped. Hotel is very centrally located which makes it convenient for getting around Paris. Stonesthrow away from the Metro (Blanche), Moulin Rouge, and Sacre Coures. Few metro stops away from other tourist destinations e.g EiffelTower, etc. I would go back there again. But maybe request a bigger room next time!

Located off the bustling Rue Lepic, of Amelie fame, this hotel offers romance and comfort. The rooms are clean and decorated with beautiful floral fabrics. The area of Monmatre is a delight, full of character and wonderful restaurants. Perfect for a romantic weekend or as a base to see the rest of the city.

Man skal lete lenge etter et roligere hotell i hele verden, selv om det ligger to gater bak den pulserende Place Pigalle. Vi har virkelig funnet hotellet vi i framtiden skal vende tilbake til. Rommene er små og koselige og så rene at du nesten ikke kan tro det. Dersom du ikke er stormannsgal kan du trygt bestille her. God fornøyelse!

Snyggt, välvårdat och serviceminded personal. Tyvärr fick vi ett rum vid entré mitt emot receptionen o fönster mot gatan första natten - men fick sedan byta till ett "ordinare" run de följande två nätterna - då var allt bra. Inte så stora run men rent och snyggt. Lite dyr frukost, 12€ för croaissant o te?!

Top Hotel. Guter zuvorkommender Service. Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Nur ca. 500m zur Metro, mit der man in ca. 15 Min. den Arc de Triomphe erreicht. Viele Cafes und Restaurants in nächster Nähe. Tipp: Frühzeitig buchen, da nur 26 Zimmer Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Absolut empfehlenswert. An- & Abreisetipp: Nehmen Sie ein Taxi, da in den Metros vorwiegend treppensteigen angesagt ist.

Ett nyrenoverat och fräscht litet mysigt hotell i romantisk stil med personal som pratar mycket bra engelska. Perfekt läge nära Sacre Couer och Moulin Rouge. Lugnt ostört läge.

Vi bodde her i mai 2008. Hotellet er utrolig romantisk og koselig. De har en spesiell stil på rommene, med mange ulike farger, men vi likte det godt. Kan på det varmeste anbefales.
