BQ Augusta Aparthotel - Palma de Mallorca

Cleanliness - this was this hotels biggest plus. Rooms - whilst the rooms were basic the beds were clean and comfortable, the tv was a new lcd the kitchen spacious (no kettle but coffee machine) and the balcony was a good size with nice views to castle and over pool. Pool - pool was cold but very clean, loungers were excellent and had beach towels for use and there were even ouside armchairs and sofas to relax in Breakfast - breakfast was continental and excellent. Value for money - could not be beaten Location - €20 - €23 taxi journey from airport (taxi's easily signposted at airport), bus stops on main road (about a 5 min walk down a stepp hill) takes you to beach (illetas beach was great, gorgeous cove, great facilties on beach,) -no 3 bus. The no 3 bus the other way takes you to palma. About €1.25 pp so was very reasonable. The city sightseeing bus also went from the bus stop oppostie the commercial centre for €13 which was an easy and informative way of seeing palma. Taxi journey back from palma was about €7-€9 euros Restaurants - a few in commercial centre, we ate in chinese which was reasonable. There are some restauarnts on marina - seemed quite overpriced for what they were. Sa Llotja as you got to main part of palma had good selection of tapas bars and bars and a small street market on promenade. All in all hotel gave great access to what were fantastic beaches and a great city and I would def use again for a budget trip to palma

Hotel was very nice and our room was cleaned every day. The hotel staff all spoke very good English and were very helpful. One member of staff who worked reception reommended a lovely tapas restaurant. The hotel had nice views, but that also meant it was on a bit of a hill!

BQ Augusta Aparthotel infriade våra förväntningar helt och fullt. Vi var en vuxen och två tonåringar, bokade rum med extrasäng. Till vår glädje fick vi en liten lägenhet med två rum, balkong, pentry med full utrustning och ett stort badrum. Sängarna något hårda, annars allt mycket bra. Frukostbuffen riklig och av hög klass. Poolområdet lagom stort, morgon och kvällssol, bra solstolar osv. Djup och bra pool, med barnavd. Servicen utmärkt, flerspråkig personal. Värdeskåp på rummet, tyvärr till en kostnad av 20 euro/vecka. Hotellet ligger geografiskt bra till vid hamnen, går att promenera både in till Palma centrum och till playa om man orkar med längre promenader, annars lokalbussar som går var tionde minut. Dock ligger hotellet högt uppe på en kulle, många trappor och backar, kanske inte att rekomendera för personer som har svårt att gå. Men det finns ju alltid taxi.

Fine rummelige værelser med lille altan (eneste minus er, at der ikke er havudsigt). Meget lækkert, fredeligt og konfortabelt pool-område. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Billigt wi-fi til egen bærbar eller gratis adgang til internet på fællescomputer. Nem og hyppig busforbindelse til centrum. Butikscenter lige i nærheden. Køkken på værelserne. Vi var meget tilfredse.

Rigtig god og stor lejlighed med suveræne senge

Gutes Mittelklassehotel mit freundlichem und deutsch sprechendem Personal zumindest an der Rezeption. Das Hotel liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten oberhald des Hafens von Palma unweit des größten Einkaufsmaktes Porto Pie. Von dort gehen auch die Busse in alle Richungen. Zur Altstadt von Palma sind es ca. 5 km. Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr ruhig und angenehm zum ausspannen. Die Poolanlage ist ok. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.
