The hotel was in a great central location (Termini Station) but far enough away from the "riff Raff". The hotel was clean comfortable, and the service was FANTASTIC. They gave great advise and provided a lovely breakfast. I cant say enough about the hotel, it really was great.

An easy walk from Rome's busy Termini station, yet located in a quiet and charming street. The staff could not have been more helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and air-conditioned, and there was an excellent shower. Breakfast was copious and varied. What I liked was that there were no extra charges: chilled soft drinks in the room were free, the use of three computers was free, the sauna and gym were free. Overall this was one of the best small hotels I've ever stayed in.

My husband , my daughter and I went to Italy this year for our holidays and we stayed in Hotel Diocleznio in Rome for three days as paert of the holiday. In all our years we have never seen such friendlyness from hotel staff. We were always greeted with a welcoming smile and the staff seemed to be genuinely interested in us. For instance when we returnerd from a meal in a local restaurant they recommended they wanted to know how we got on ( incidently it was lovely). The bedroom fridge is stocked with soft drinks and refilled daily and is free. The hotel is not large and does not serve evening meals and the breakfast is a little limited .

Despite the fact that this hotel is not far from the Terminus area which is a bit dodgy you would never guess it. Just down the road are a couple of really good "local" restaurants and the hotel is next door to part of the national musuem. Facilities and friendliness were great and breakfast ticked all the boxes. All day internet access for only 4 euros. Only minor problem was the cost of drinks at the bar, so buy your own from any of the close kiosks.

This is the fifth hotel I've stayed at in Rome and the most expensive. This is one of those nice hotels that thinks its better than it is. The room isn't very big and they charge for internet (no wireless, you have to put a deposit down on a short Ethernet cable that doesn't reach the bed). I recommend finding a less pretentious hotel for a little less money. Pros: friendly staff, very clean, nice shower, nice building

AC is centralled controlled and was not running in Mid April. Location good. Rear facing rooms quiet. Breakfast room hot, stuffy and over-bright. Food very average. Expesnive for what it is. Certainlly not 4*

This is a great hotel, a short walk from the central station. The staff are great and very helpful and charming. The area around the hotel is up and coming and has a slight run down feel, but is perfectly safe. Cannot recommend more strongly, great centre for a holiday.

A lovely hotel very near the train station. We were lucky to be upgraded to a room with jakuzi! Staff very helpful and pleasant giving us directions to excellent restaurants. Troubles with the lift but that was being resolved. Was recommended by a friend and now I am doing the same.

We stayed here the night before we left Rome because another hotel was booked. So glad we did! A short walk to Termini train station the next morning. Good hotel for the price, rooms a little small, but great bathroom, great breakfast!

Hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms are typical of Italy and that being said it was still a good deal. The hotel was quiet comfortable although the restrooms were on the small side but clean. Beds were small but acceptable. Staff was excellent and did whatever you asked of them. The breakfast was better than I expected. Our family would go back and use the same hotel without a second thought.
