We felt welcome from the moment we stepped foot into the lobby. We were greeted like personal guests rather than hotel travelers. Our room had a great view of the marina, we couldn't have asked for better! There is a car service that takes you wherever you need to go and is so convenient! We loved it there and will definitely go back there if/when we return to Capri!

We were greeted warmly from the second we walked in to the second we left. There is a car service to pick you up from the Marina when you arrive and will take you anywhere you want to go on the island to avoid taxis and buses (from 9am-9pm.) Breakfast on the terrace was a little lacking but still good - cake, croissants, rolls, fruit, no hot items. Our room had a great view of the Marina and we felt like we were really guests of the Parco family rather than guests at a hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

"Quaint and Charming"

The hotel and staff were outstanding. The general manager, Paulo was informative and personable. We felt we made a lifelong friend by the end of our stay. His staff made our experience very memorable. The rooms were spotless and the view from the terrace was gorgeous! The attention to detail in the decorating of the hotel is priceless. They offer a car service everyday until 9 pm with no wait! The continental breakfast every morning featured homemade cakes and other goodies. We will be staying here again on our next visit.

"Best Hotel we have stayed in."

Getting to the hotel was difficult. Everyone told us we could walk it but it is all uphill and a long way with luggage. Without luggage it wouldnt have been nearly as hard. But once we found it we fell in love with it. The hotel alone is 1 reason we want to go back to this island. The staff were wonderful. they offered us maps and drew out everything we should see and why. It wasnt a sales pitch for anything it was just pure information. They the hotel offers to drive you to the heart of the city and pick you up any time you want. No taxi's needed. As for the room we were upgraded to a balcony room. Well balcony is not the right term. The outside deck was HUGE. It was the size of the whole room and it over looked the water. The room is done up in light blue and white and everything is so clean and fresh. WONDERFUL stay. Granted we were there during an off season so they pampered us a lot but it was the perfect hotel for us.
