location of hotel was good, very close to metro, was nice to have a swimming pool. Hotel was basic, however it was clean..I recommend it for a budget holiday

Stayed there with the understanding that they offer free wifi. Found out that it was free but could not get the signals to even get connected to the net. So much for free net! Room was small but clean. location was good. Beakfast was overpriced! Front Desk was not much help. Could not even help me to give direction or information on changing money. I was scheduled to stay there for another night a week later but I switched to another hotel. Did not get my moneys worth with this hotel. If it was a lot cheaper then I would stay there again otherwise I would find a different place.

Okay so I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Everything was as I expected and somethings were even better. The only problem that I faced with my stay was the air conditioner, it was blowing hot air! Soo I guess it would be better to stay at this hotel in the winter than the summer :) .

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights we had traveled to watch the Real Madrid v Liverpool game, the hotel is within walking distance from the football ground, and is well situated for all the bars and shops. It is very clean and quiet, and the beds are really comfy with lovely soft pillows. We will use this hotel again, the room itself was roomy and had a free safe, and sky news. The bathroom had everything from a high powered shower and bath, to shower gel, tooth brush, comb, show shine, and shampoo, it even has a hairdryer. Excellent

Madrid is so much easier to get around than London. Metro works well, trains every 4 mins without fail. Clean, no graffiti and video to watch on every station which keeps the kids amused. The hotel was one stop from Santiago Bernabaeu and easily accessible from Cuzco station a 400m walk. The hotel was clean and friendly, would however suggest that £15 for breakfast was a bit steep for what was on offer, hence we went across the road to VIPS restaurant and ate for £5. Bathroom was excellent and beds were comfortable. In summary it did the job and I would recommend a stay if a weekend away for the footy is your thing.

The hotel was lovely and service great. Unfortunately the Fitness First gym in the building below started aerobics at 8am every morning and 6pm in the evening which was quite disturbing if you are trying to sleep

The hotel had pleasant staff and the room was reasonably well appointed, but my room on the south side of the hotel was like a sauna which heated up gradually throughout the night. Since I was on the first floor, I felt unsafe leaving the window open overnight. The air conditioning only seemed to put out more hot air.

Air conditioning wasn't on for as long as I would have liked, but everything was perfect on the whole.

This Hotel is in great location if you are going to be taking the metro. It has three different station locations all located 5 minutes (by foot) from the hotel. The Futbol stadium "Bernabeu" where the Real Madrid play is located two blocks away. It is a great site to see. Just make sure that you know that when there's a game the atmosphere around the area will be electrifying. IT is a good hotel, but make sure you do not eat breakfast there. IT is over priced and the food it's not great. You are better off going one block to the cafeteria and have yourself a Cafe con Leche and some pastries. If you are going to Madrid for pleasure you will definitely enjoy it.

Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen, Personal freundlich, Mangel: kein Internetpoint für Gäste. Frühstücksbuffet ziemlich teuer.

Globalement satisfait, mais un bruit sourd et continu a perturbé ma nuit (chauffage, canalisations ?).

Hotellet ligger i Madrids affärsområde, lite utanför centrum (ca 15 min med tunnelbana). Små och väldigt lyhört hotellrum men annars är standarden helt ok. Servicen är godkänd. Plus för att hotellet har en rymlig pool.
