The appearance both inside and outside was impressive. The staff was very helpful and their English was adequate for helping with all of our questions on public transportation and personal needs. The apartment was well appointed and it was great having a washer/dryer in our apartment after traveling for 2 weeks prior. Very well located for all public transportation.Their spa was nice after sightseeing all day. The apartment had 2 balconies and it made it feel very spacious. This was after a riverboat trip on the Danube for a week where are room was tight quarters with a window that did not open. Nice not having an American chain hotel.

I moved to this hotel for 5 days after staying at one of the top 5 Luxury Hotels in Budapest the previous weekend. This hotel was litterly around the corner from the Luxury Hotel. The hotel was new and the lobby was beautiful with mable floors and nicely appointed furnishings. My wife and I had a "bronze" suite and it was bright, cheerful, roomy and had every convenience. There was a nice restaurant connected to the hotel. This hotel is used by movie production crews and was populated with actors, writers, photographers, etc. which made the experience exciting, especially when we ran into these people in the lobby and elevators. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Budapest and a great value for the money.

Excellent location close to Liszt Ferenc Ter which has a choice of restaurants to cater for all tastes. Spacious rooms with all mod cons. Only downside was the jacussi and sauna were not working, but only a minor blemish on an otherwise excellent hotel.

luxurious hotel for a fabulous price. lovely decor, beautiful pool, great staff. neighborhood is not my favorite, but I am not in love with the city either. super value for the money.highly recommend.

Myself and my husband had a three night stay in April '09. Very nice hotel, had upgraded suite room-very spacious and with balcony. The hotel lacked athmosphere, there was one other man having dinner in the restaurant the night we ate there. Overall very nice and relaxing.

We absolutely loved our room. The pool and sauna were wonderful amenities. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious and very reasonably priced. Budapest is not one of our favorite places in Europe, so it was nice to be staying at a great place.

The hotel staff are pretty friendly, courteous and helpful. One hotel staff even recommended me a local hungarian restaurant near the hotel and it was very good and reasonable. Went there three times, thanks to her. The location is superb...nearby to most of the sightseeing places and the high street as well as the tube and tram. One complaint though, the hotel can't provide me with a plug for my sony ericsson battery charger. Thus, I was left for two days without a phone because I could not charge my cell phone. Overall, I would definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues and relatives as well who are planning a trip to Budapest.

The hotel is lovely on arrival. First thing that hit me when I walked in the door was the smell of chlorine from the down stairs pool, needless to say the smell was all over the hotel, we where on the 6th floor and could still smell it in the halls. I have no real problems with the hotel but beware THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR as advertised. We where missing stuff from our "silver suite" no cups to have tea, no dressing gowns, the documation provided in all hotels was grubby and unkept. The so called "bar" is a hole in the wall with a metre long bar. There is nothing overly wrong with it, the price was very good, pool area is fab, but at best this hotel is a 3 to 4 star. Hope this helps!!

The hotel was amazing, beautiful rooms and great pool. Also in a perfect location, 15mins walk from river and half hour from Heroes Square. The room and bathroom were clean, although we didnt have access to the heating/air conditioning unit as it wasnt working. We had a lovely time but unfortunately when we were leaving, our taxi didnt arrive when the hotel was meant to have booked it and as well as getting a bit stressed about getting to the airport on time, they also wanted to charge us about 1600 forint (~£6) extra. When we enquired where the taxi was, the receptionist was very rude about it and implied it was our fault that the taxi was late although we had ordered it 45mins before we left. We cancelled the taxi and got our own for much less money. It left a slightly bitter taste in our mouth about the hotel but other than that the place was perfect, just head to the street for a taxi when you're leaving!

The hotel is located near all forms of public transportation. It is an all suite hotel large enough for a couple wanting room or a family of three or four. The kitchen area was very functional, but we only made coffee in the morning. Since my husband and I speak no Hungarian at all the English speaking staff was very helpful in all matters. Budapest is a very walkable city, but we did use the tram once to get to the Castle District. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great facilities, good location, and friendly, professional staff. Equipped kitchens in the apartments make them ideal for family stays.

nice location, easy to get around from there, close enough to bars and restuarants whilst still being in a quiet street.

The apartment was excellent and the location is very good to explore Budapest. We lived in Budapest for 4 years so know our way around and this was a very central location. Some of the streets around are shabby but this is slowly and surely being changed and Budapest is generally very safe to walk about.

Enjoyed the hotel - except for the fact there wasn't a kettle, only a coffee machine. Microwaved tea is not pleasant!!!! Hotel was a little too far out for us and meant a 20-25 minute walk each way to get to the best shops and restaurants and to be beside the Danube. Despite derelict run down feel to the area outside of the hotel, we never felt threatened or unsafe. The hotel was a bit of an oasis in the middle of a Ghetto.

The hotel has a perfect location. Walking distance to everything. Tip is to get off the main roads and walk down the side streets - Lot's of nice shops, bars, restaurants hidden away. The hotel rooms are perfect! Spacious, clean and very comfortable. We'll definitely come back!

Impecable service from English speaking staff. Modern decor and very comfortable. Room spotless and cleaned every day.

My daughter and I found that the hotel was everything which we had read about beforehand, and more!We would recommend Queens Court to anyone - helpful friendly staff,central to bars and restaurants.We used the tram and taxis for sightseeing.

Lovely hotel with superb facilities in the centre of a lively neighbourhood. Rooms are in a courtyard ensuring a good night's sleep.

I will definitely returning to Budapest and without a doubt would book my stay at this hotel. It is ideally located near Ockotgon and the yellow metro and central to the majority of the sights - which were all within a short walking distance if you dont want to take the metro. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. The facilities were excellent and more than adequate for either a short trip or longer stay. If you're going to Hungary - stay at this hotel....

I stayed at the Queen's Court Hotel & Residence in July on business. I was impressed overall. The room was very spacious, I had my own little kitchen area, a nice big bedroom and a good bathroom. It was very comfortable, new and clean. The only downside was I requested room service for breakfast and left the slip of paper outside my door as the instructions stated. When I didn't get my breakfast the following morning, I was quite disappointed but left the sheet outside, hoping I would receive my breakfast the following morning. However, I still didn't receive anything and had to spend a whole day with an empty stomach. When I told reception, they told me I should have called them with my order but that is not what it said on the room service menu! It put a real dampner on what was otherwise a nice stay. I can only put it down to this being a brand new hotel experiencing some teething problems.

Modernt och fint. Hotellet är fint och rummen har hög standard. Mycket nöjd med hotellet. Enda minuset är att frukost inte ingår och att det som tillägg är dyrt (12 euro).

Meget behagelig, pent og hyggelig hotell. Positiv og serviceinstilt betjening, lett å finne seg til rette.

Åkte i augusti, en hel vecka med kanonväder. Vänligt bemötande och god mat.

Rommet var hyggelig, sengene gode og personalet hjelpsomt og vennelig. Hotellet ligger sentralt til i forhold til trikk og undergrunn.

Hjälpsam personal, tar ca 20 min att promenera till centrum. Saknade balkongmöbler och städerskorna tog morgonrockarna 2a dagen och sedan fick vi inga nya. Poolen är liten men skön, gymmet ännu mindre men funkar hyfsat om man är van fria vikter.

Fine og store rom, vi hadde to balkonger, og med over 30 varmegrader utendørs var aircondition på rommet nesten uunnværlig. Eneste å utsette var om det var 24 timers room service, prøvde bestille noe nattmat en natt, men de var tomme. Men ellers veldig bra service, gav oss gode tips og ordnet med å sende postkort.

Kjempefint hotel med hyggelig personell. Suitene var koselig og romslig. Sentralt i Budapest og kort vei til trikk, og bare et stopp med trikken for å komme til metroen. Eneste negative vi opplevde var at vi ble dårlige av maten siste kvelden. Tross dette et flott opphold

Hotellet var helt fantastisk - store værelser, tæt på det meste og rigtig gode faciliteter. Vi vil helt sikkert bo her igen.

Hotellet ligger perkfekt til med gåavstand til hovedgaten med alle de ekslusive butikkene, samt kort vei til koselige restaurantområder. Hotellet fremstår nyoppusset, delikat og pent, med romslige vakre rom. Treningsrommet fungerer fint og svømmebassenget med en velduftende badstu er en deilig opplevelse. Frokosten er god og frokostsalen intim og stilig. (€12).

Hyggelige og imøtekommende personale, god service, god mat, en flott spa avdeling, rom med alle fasiliteter Gå avstand til trikk o.l Og ikke minst valutta for pengene

Rooms are quite large and even have well equiped kitchens, fitness and spa facilities are very good. 5 star service throughout. Hotel is close to public transport and there's a lot of restaurants and shopping possibilities nearby. National gallery and Opera is within walking distance.

Dispite being assured that breakfast was included in the price by their own staff(!) we had to pay for it. Only one day of three we signed a receipt in the breakfast area. They are, in other words, very unclear about extra costs! But the worst thing was that the hotel manager treated us like idiots for questioning the bill he presented. Really unpleasant!! If I could do it again I would definitely choose another hotel! The breakfast was not all that great either. Really unprofessional, and intenstionally bad information for custumers (they leave out all costs). I have visited a lot of hotels in many many countries and this is one of the most hostile. It's a don't!

Hotel très bien situé, pas de lit simple dans la chambre, mais un canapé lit confortable dans le salon, on avait donc chacun une chambre donc très pratique. le jacuzzi est limite avec les bulles,pas puissant et peu de sortie d eau. la piscine et sauna impeccable

très bien situé, près de l'opéra, chambres immenses, calme, bonnes prestations. Idéal pour un séjour agréable dans cette magnifique ville.

Hotel bien situé proche de l'Opera, des metros et trams. De plus, l'hotel est tres bien equipes, les chambres spacieuses, tres propre, tres bien equipe. Literie de qualité, ecran plat, mini bar... Il y a en outre une jolie piscine, + piscine eau chaude (35°C) et sauna. Vraiment top!

Hotellet er helt i top hvad angår lokalitet, service, spabad, komfort m.v. Alt i alt et fint hotel, der både passer til det unge par og familien.

Tres bon hotel, bien situé, à coté du tramway. Le personnelle est a l'ecoute et la chambre tres propres. Je vous le conseil, toutefois il y a quand meme quelques ambulances qui passent devant l'hotel mais ceci est vite oublié.

Alt fungerede, der var nærmest pinligt rent, venlig service, god roomservice :-), virkelig smagfuld indrettet lejlighed/værelse, en skøn café lige over for hotellet, gå afstand til alt(2-3 km til yderpunkterne), Senseo med refill hver dag, dejlig varm pool med kig op på kæmpe lysekrone, og dynerne.......jeg må se at få købt en nye hjem til.

The Platinum Suite was absolutely fantastic and extremely good value for money. I am a frequent traveller and have a good basis of comparison. Nice hotel facilities such as spa and gym. The hotel is well situated near Centre and transportation.

Det var et koselig hotell med god kvalitet på service og rom. Kort vei til alt. Anbefales på det sterkeste.

Hotel de très bon standing. La literie est très bonne. La pression d'eau - contrairement au Mercure de la même ville (test réalisé) - est très bonne. L'équipe est très accueillante. La piscine et le spa après une journée de marche bien chargée sont bienvenue. Le seul hic : le tarif des Pdej. 18 eur /pers.
