Great place to stay. Staff was very helpful and polite. Convenient location to Oriole Park and BWI. Need to work on maintenance though. Bedroom HVAC filter was very dirty.

Hotel was great, bed was really comfortable and the service was given whenever we had a request. Only complaint would be the maid service continued to knock on the door throughout the day and would begin to enter immediately after the first knock.

Everything about the hotel was fine. The big issue was the air conditioner. Very loud would go on and off every few minutes. You were never able to fall completely asleep.

I thought this place was great, and the restaurant attached was very good (althought he decor was a bit odd). Excellent service and professional staff. Room a bit small. I thought it was a great find for the price. My suspicion is that the lower price is due to the unsightly, half-constructed hotel going up next door. If you are just going in and out, as I was, I think it's a good option. I would stay again.

Had a good stay until a disturbance broke out across from my room at 2 in the morning. No one cared enough to address the issue the couple across the hall were having even after it was reported several times. The altercation ended after they kicked my door several times and I informed them of what would be in store if this behavior continued. I spoke to the front desk and they cared enough to offer me a free cup of coffee. Embassy Suites.........

My husband went to Md. for a weekend getaway and were more than "satisfied". Would definitely stay at the BWI Hilton again.

Great location and good value. We used it as a park and ride and the room cost about what the parking would have cost us at the airport. The staff was friendly and the shuttle service was timely. The only negative is that the hotel is apparently used frequently by groups of traveling adolescents and they get quite rowdy. We heard several complaints from other guests about noise in the corridors and rooms.

The hotel was a great value for the money and close to the airport. The beds were very comfortable and it appeared the room had been renovated recently.

Very new. Very clean. I recommend staying there if visiting Baltimore or the surrounding area. It was a 10-15 minute drive to Baltimore from the hotel. Great price per night. The neighborhood is all hotels with a Wendy's and Bob Evans near by. I'll stay here next time I'm in the area.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and accomodating. However, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, the housekeeper woke us up at 9:22am, and the HVAC system started making a loud banging noise in the middle of the night and didn't stop. I turned the HVAC unit off to stop the noise but the noise continued. I called the front desk at 3am and they offered to move us to another room but who wants to relocate at 3am?

My only complaint was that the shower leaked underneath the door. The room was comfortable, clean. Staff nice and friendly. Shuttle staff nice and accomodating.

The Hilton was a breath of fresh air! The room was very comfortable and a much needed break from the outside world. Our glass shower leaked a bit, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The fitness area and pool was very well maintained and we will definitely stay at The Hilton again.

We were there basically to just sleep. Took shuttle service to tram station which is close by and went into the city for the entire day. Coming back shuttle service never showed up, even after repeated calls to hotel. Ended up asking other hotel nearby to shuttle a bus load of us to our hotel..of course tipping the guy. Nice bar inside, very friendly bartenders and good martinis. Took a while to get charge of $ 50.00 off my bill, that was there for precautionary reasons? I will stay at the Sheraton next time

I guess you are paying for the name. The room was nice for a business trip. The room was clean adn the service was good. There is not really anything near the hotel. The shuttle to the airport was on time and quick. The room service food was not very good.

Me and my fiance stayed a night here after our engagement party which was in downtown Baltimore. This hotel is about 12 minutes from nightlife. The hotel room was beautiful, modern, sheak, and contemporary. The lobby was beautiful. My fiance loved the flat screen tv's in the rooms and walk in shower. I loved everything especially the convenient parking.

When I entered the room, the TV was on and it was clear that someone had been sitting on one of the beds with the remote. I called the front desk to make sure no one else had the room. They assured me no one else was in the room and that it was probably the maid! Otherwise everything else from check in to check out was excellent...

Poor housekeeping: found someone's socks under the bed; assuming belonged to a previous visitor. Pair of sunglasses went missing from the room. Reported it to front desk, but comments not taken seriously or handled professionally. When attempting to unload car, asked bellman for a hotel cart. He simply told us the two (two!) carts were being used. He didn't offer to help me unload the car, nor did he offer to bring a cart to me when it was returned.

The hotel rate was very reasonable. The location of the hotel was about a 30 minute drive from all of the activities we had planned. But the hotel rate was so reasonable we figured the extra money spent on gas would balance out. The rooms are very clean and modern. My boyfriend was very excited that they had game cube hooked up to the TV. Mini bar was stocked with great stuff! I was a little dissapointed when I went to check in at 6:00 pm and my room was not available. Check in is supposed to start at 3:00 pm. A room was not available until after 7:00 pm. The front desk staff was less than courteous and accomodating. But we found all other employees and staff of the hotel to be extremely friendly and helpful. The on site restaurant/bar was very nice.

When I go to a hotel, I expect a Bellhop to be able to assist with luggage. This hotel has the Bellhops driving shuttle buses and are never there. The hotel has you call when you get off the light rail for a ride back. This is a convenience service, except for when you really need it. The night we were flying out of BWI, we arrived at the light rail station and called the hotel to pick us up. Rather then have the shuttle pick us up, go back to the hotel, get our luggage, and then go back in the same direction, we asked if they could just bring the luggage with them. I was told a manager would have to call me back. It was 2 hours before I got a return call. I had already been back to the hotel, got my luggage, went to the airport, checked in, and was on my way back to Boston when I finally got a return call, even though that thought I was STILL at the light rail station. I will be back in Baltimore in 2 weeks for a Red Sox game at Camden Yards, but this hotel lost my business. I transferred to another hotel.
