LaDefance is just outside the city limits; so transit fares are slightly higher. The hotel is difficult to reach with heavy bagage as there are stairs to go up or down to reach the hotel from the Grand Arche station.

Room is nice, but the staff are rude and room price is not comparable to other similar hotels.

The hotel lies in La Defense, one of the most impressive quarters in Paris, with great resstaurants, cafes and shopping centers, and a tastefully designed group of modern buildings. Central, easy to access, close to the subway network that takes you to the main landmarks in Paris at a comfortable distance. The hotel's location was the best surprise to us. The hotel rooms makes you feel at home with all what you need, and room cleaning service is astonshingly effective. Sometimes you have to stand a few minutes on line to get to breakfast, but the offered breakfast is worth waiting. We felt we were lucky to choose this hotel as our home while touring beautiful Paris.

Everything was very good with just few bad marks like room state and cleanliness: sheets and covers not changed through whole holiday, not vacuumed either, short in towels, cupboard coffee cups!, coffee and tea not fill up on each day, cups not provided on other days just for welcome. Overall very small upsetting bits that make this luxurious hotel feeling odd.

We were pleased with the hotel. It was easy to reach from the airport. The staff was very helpful. Our room was excellent. Nice size and very clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent. It was easy to take the train to see the city of Paris.

Have stayed here many times. Excellent modern hotel in Paris. Great comfortable beds. I travel to Paris a lot and really like this hotel. Its location is a bit far from the center of Paris however the RER and METRO are reasonably close. It is not a place for people who have trouble walking as it is a pretty long walk to the RER and METRO. If you are in good walking shape it is a great hotel. Very helpful staff an very friendly. Very clean and modern.

great location great staff the staff spoke great english i was so happy the roon was huge and the location was very nice i loved it there.

Great service and nice staff. it's easy to take the public transportations by walking 5 minutes to the nearest station LA DEFENSE.

Staff was very helpful and made suggestions as to the best way to sightsee in Paris. Found the restaurant very pricey for what they offer. Convenient to the Metro. The room was very good considering all rooms in Europe are small compared to American hotels. Defintely would recommend the hotel to others

trivdes på hotellet 5 metro stationer from champs elisee där vi tog våran sightseen buss. väl värt vad vi betalade(vi betalade i förskott utan chans till ånger) annars lite väl dyrt bra frukost och personal

Bra hotel, bra beliggenhet. Litt varmt på rommet, da Aircondition ikke virket og vinduene ikke kunne åpnes.

Heel net en schoon hotel, vier sterren waardig. Ontbijt perfect en gevarieerd. Verder alles tiptop in orde, vriendelijk personeel (vooral in de bar) Minpuntjes waren: zeer dure drankjes in bar, parkeergarage niet toegankelijk en daardoor onduidelijke situatie bij aankomst, beschadigd plafond in badkamer en veel kalkaanslag bij douche terwijl het verder in perfecte staat was, op zich niet aan gestoord maar wel 'zonde'.

Sehr sauber, gute Zimmer, Serviceangebot jedoch nicht genutzt

Sauna, Hamamm, salle de sport, bar, restaurant franchement rien a redire, je vous le conseille.

Das jetzt Pullman La Defense ist ein gutes Mittelklasse-Hotel; unverhältnismäßig ist -selbst für Pariser Verhältnisse - der Preis fürs Frühstück. Der Sauna-Fitness-Bereich ist eigentlich gut, aber für ein Hotel dieser Größe zu klein. Der Zimmerdienst sollte am Anfang ein Trinkgeld erhalten, dann klappt es noch besser als gut.
