The room was not the room that was discussed. The airconditioning unit was excessively loud. All these items were brought to the attention of the hotel and were not corrected. jrb

If mold is your thing, how about hardly no AC and the virtuallly no internet. I had to fight with a roach for the rights to the hard bed. I won't be staying there again.

"Very Dissappointed"

I have always heard wonderful things about the Hilton, and have experienced the wonderful things at the Hilton Hawaiian Village on Oahu. However, I found the Guam Hilton to be a complete opposite of everything I have grown to expect from a Hilton. The food service was slow, and in fact the food did not taste good and was not worth the price that we paid. The beds were to me like sleeping on the ground, the mattress was that hard. I asked and was told that was everything they had and only offered me another comforter which only helped a little. It also said there would be a hair dryer in our room and there was not one. I had to borrow one from my friends room. I am a diabetic and need to keep my insulin refridgerated and there was a note on the refridgerator door that said it was not going to keep things very cold. To be honest, had I not pre-paid for this room with a non-refunable price, My party and I would have stayed on the Navy base at the barracks that were only $20.00 a night. I found better accomodations there then I did at the Guam Hilton. Overall I was very dissappointed and will probably not stay at a Hilton again, after having experieced what I did.

"Outstanding Hotel"

I was extremely pleased with my stay at the Guam Hilton. The staff was helpful with any of my questions or needs. The grounds and landscaping were magnificent. It blends into the natural surroundings. The pools and beach were wonderful. If I ever have the opportunity to visit Guam again I will stay at the Hilton.
