We chose Porto for our honeymoon and could not have picked a better hotel. Ideally situated in the lively Ribeira district,the rooms were spotlessly clean although quite small.The maid service was exceptional and breakfast was good with a wide choice of food including cheese,meats and croissants.A special mention for the staff on reception who were unfailingly helpful and polite. For example, they insisted on phoning the airport to check that our flight was on time before calling a cab for us. Highly recommended.

Parking down the hill from the hotel but easily accessed. Room comfortable and wi-fi in the room 1 euro but free in the lobby. Nice breakfast with fresh rolls and croissants straight from the oven. Staff pleasant and helpful.

This hotel was well situated and was very clean and the staff very nice! The only problem we had was with the shower, the water would go very hot and very cold and to shower properly you would have to turn it off and on. We exchanged rooms and did not have the same problem. Otherwise, for the price, i would highly recommend this hotel!!

If you were parachuted in, you might be horrified at the location, but in fact this little hotel is right where the action is in Porto - close to the river, close to tourism bus stops, and within, though not in the centre of, the historic district. The hotel is clean and fairly comfortable, and provides a reasonable breakfast. My wife and I would happily return there. Porto, by the way, is a must-visit place: great sights, great food, reasonable prices even in Euros.

The room was very spacious, old style but very comfortable. Graeat views over the old city and the river. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a computer at the reception desk that is available to all guests has free internet connection. Breakfast is essential and fairly varied for a 3*. Location is superb! few minutes walking distance from the river area and the City.

This hotel had an excellent location just a 5 minute walk from the Ribiera district. The room was clean and well maintained although a little dated and we had a lovely view (from the 6th floor). The staff were very helpful and friendly and it had a nice bar to sit and relax in after a day out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Hotel

Accueil agréable, personnel prêt à renseigner (en anglais), agréable bar à fréquenter avant de sortir dîner. Bémols : déco de la chambre pas au goût de tous, insuffisance de chauffage en décembre !
