Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort - Lake Buena Vista

We had a minor issue with the transportation to the parks, but other than that we had a great stay. I can't imagine travelling with children and not having separate bedrooms so this hotel was GREAT!

2 bedroom condo had more than we expected. There was a new building going up next door, but we did not here a thing. My only complaint is they need to upgrade their pillows and charge less for the drinks by the pool.

We had six people in our party ages eight to sixty-three and the hotel met everyone needs. From the pool to the activities there was something for everyone. I would stay again.

Two bedroom condo was beautiful and spacious. Perfect for families enjoying time at the resort as well as time at Disney properties. Very convenient to Disney properties and I-4 (shopping, etc). The downside was the sales push from the front desk at time of check-in and phone calls later to participate in the timeshare pitch. Also, pool towel service was poor. Recommend bringing your own beach towels.

We stayed on the 4th of July weekend. Really nice suites with an excellent pool area and activities. Could do with a better restaurant - Did realy see one? But it is so close to everything it was not a big deal.

Is right near Epcot and Disney Studios, hotel offers shuttle service. The only thing we didn't know is you don't get your room cleaned.

We enjoyed our stay. The 1-bedroom was nice and roomy. They had many activities on-site and the kids loved the pools and lazy river. It is a very large complex, so there is a lot of walking to get to other activities and the main lobby. I read a previous comment on how they were pressured regarding the ownership aspect. They offered a gift to listen to a 45-minute presentation on ownership. We chose not to and no one followed up with us. Overall, it was a very nice place.

I would recommend staying in this hotel, just ensure you have some supplies for snacks and breakfast. I would also avoid the sales staff as they are trying to sell 'Vacation Ownership' as well.

Location great. Condo Clean and felt new and clean. nice staff. Only complaint was no housekeeping when brochure stated housekeeping available if requested. Not true, only will send you supplies to clean up yourselves. Not a big deal. Had trouble finding pool towels after 9pm and pool open till Midnight.

We were very pleased with the size of the suite & the ammenities within it. The one thing we were not aware of was that it was a time share resort & therefore the pressure is on to attend sales seminars. We avoided these because we are not interested in buying time share. I think it is also a bit of a cheek to ask guests to strip their beds and take out the trash at the end of their stay. The accomodation was quiet & comfortable. We did not experience any of the pool ammenities as our stay was too short.

Be prepared to be ignored while everything you need should be there. There is no breakfast in the morning or room service. It's a condo / Time Share. The kitchen is fully stocked, just add groceries. Make your own bed, or not. Take out your own trash, or not. Guest services did not even answer when I called after 9PM. No wireless internet, just plug-in. Pool is wonderful. Location near Disney town and Epcot etc.. is perfect for that. What really got me mad was that they tried to sell me a timeshare as if it were part of check in at 10pm.

Very nice rooms, great Hotel amenities, located blocks from most Disney attractions. The bathroom was great and the room had a washer and dryer in it. Only drawback was that housekeeping is extra but they will send up anything you need.

This hotel had everything you needed and more. Hotel is right near Magic Kingdom. Everything very clean.

Great place to stay if you are going to Disney. The Full Kitchen was a money saver.

This resort was a great alternative if you do not want to spend a great deal of money to be directly on Disney property. The hotel is located .5 m away from Epcot and really is less than a mile from any attraction that you would want to see while visiting Disney. I just ran the Disney 2009 Marathon and was super thrilled that they had taxis available to take me right to the start the morning of the race--it cost $10 and was well worth it. I would def. stay at another Wyndham resort, it was a great experience.

My only complaint would be that there aren't any sit down resturants at the resort.

The Bonnet Creek Resort is a very nice place to stay. We had the 2 bedroom condo. It was nicely decorated. Bedding was nice. Beautiful master bathroom. The kitchen area had dishes, coffee pot, utensils, etc. We only stayed two nights, but would definitely stay there a week. You could save some money by doing a few meals at the condo, and avoid some of the pricey restaurants at Disney. We would definitely stay there again. You won't be disappointed with the room.

Great for families

This hotel/condo is the perfect spot for a family trip to Disney. We had six people in our two bedroom suite and it was more than enough room. The only downside is the construction is still going on so all of the facilities are not open yet. The two deli type restaurants are not that great either but the hotel is close to everything you could need. Plus, a fully equipped kitchen means you can cook your own meals. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

We love Bonnet Creek. I have a large group when we go to Orlando and we all want to stay together, so the larger rooms really fit out need. The cleanliness is a BIG plus, as well as the service from the staff. I would be delighted to stay again!

Very nice hotel, but could be great with a couple of small improvements: Big/main pool is lacking "atmosphere" (need music, Tiki bar, etc.). Also, construction provides for unpleasant views currently. Very nice staff!

The location is wonderful and the resort is beautiful with a great pool area. The rooms were adequate but I was not aware that they did not offer daily housekeeping. There is a vacuum in each room for you to use yourself, and a garbage chute down the hall for you to do all that yourself. I really look forward to someone else cleaning up after me when I am on vacation. We had to call several times for supplies (dishwasher/laundry soap,garbage bags, etc.) and the staff was not the nicest about us needing more supplies. On checkout day the cleaning crew knocked on our door at 8:30 and told us we needed to leave so they could clean. I told them I was informed the check out time was 10 am and they said they were not told that. I called the front desk and they confirmed it was 10 am. The beds and pillows were rock hard and I woke up with a stiff neck each day.

Close to Disney. Great amenities. Pools are heated and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

It was an amazing room with shuttle service to all the Disney parks. We knew when we reserved our suite that it was a timeshare, and we were okay with that because of the value and location. Expect to be asked to take the one hour sales pitch, they gave us disney dollars and other gifts which were well worth our time! Note that there is no room service, although they gave us ample towels, dishsoap, laundry detergent and everything needed to survive the trip. Excellent Customer service!

I stayed with friend for a girls getaway, and this was a very relaxing place. The rooms are big enough for 4, with spacious bathrooms. Beautifully decorated. The only thing missing was more of a restaurant. They have 2 snack bar time places for food. Also, be ready to get offered ownership by the Wyndham sharks - they are out to sell, sell, sell. But I made it clear this was a getaway weekend, so sales for me!

This suite was very spacious and clean, however, the walls were very thin and the doors were hollow. There was an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the tile floor beneath, which allowed every bit of conversation in the halls to be heard in the room. It was also very easy to hear everything going on in the rooms next door. This seems to be a very popular hotel for families with kids, and unfortunately, the families near us kept very late hours. A call to security at midnight about noise resulted in two officers patrolling the hallway with their radios cranked up, talking in loud voices. More noise!

grand complexe bonnes prestations , chambres propres et spacieuses mais attention il s'agit plus d'une formule appart/hotel c'est à dire que le ménage n'est pas fait tout les jours. Belles piscines. hotel proches des parcs avec navette gratuites pour les parcs Disney. mais les serviettes de bains peuvent être changées à la demande et sans supplement.
