Airporthotel Basel - Basilea

I stayed in an executive suite for 5 nights and could have stayed longer. The room was large and comfortable; I slept soundly from the first night. The soundproofing is wonderful. Nice large bathroom with wonderful shower and separate bath. Easy bus connection to the train station and tram central. Never had trouble with the free WIFI.

Hotel was modern and comfortable. Disappointed that smoking was allowed in lobby restaurant.

... you want to stay near the airport. A fairly good choice if... you want to be close to the city, as the number 50 bus stops just beside the hotel. Comfortable, clean, reasonably priced.

Very happy with the hotel. Room was large, comfortable with all of the facilities I needed. Most important it was right beside the airport for my early departure. Super price also !

We would have spent our whole stay in Basel in the Airport Hotel if we had known that the Nr 50 bus goes to and from the city center regularly! Very good service for a reasonable price, friendly, I like the fact that they offer "Express-breakfast" free of charge. Good fitness room too! We arrived at 23.00 but the evening in the hotel was in itself very pleasant!

Easy access from airport and to city center through regular bus service

Basel can be very expensive, so for the money this hotel was excellent. It is out of town however a bus to the center of Basel comes every 10 minutes. Very modern, clean and convenient.

This is a fine hotel with excellent staff and extreme customer focus. The only issue with the service, hotel and facilities that myself or my traveling companions experienced was the lack of food service at certain times of the day. This was quite inconvenient for business travel.

Transport to and from the centre of Basel and close proximity to the airport make this an ideal central location for exploring this part of Switzerland.... Nice comfortable lounge area, but no choice of sandwich the afternoon we returned, and thought we would eat a snack at the hotel, there was only Salami on offer.... Beyond belief for such a big hotel! Tea for 2 (1cup each) 11 CHF (Swiss francs)!! No kettle facilities in room, did not enquire to see if one available though....... Staff friendly enough........ Very clean

Very convenient location with easy bus access from the airport and the town center. Also good value for money.

WHAT AN AMAZING HOTEL FOR THE PRICE INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE,SPOTLESSLY CLEAN,WISH I HAD STAYED LONGER.IF I HAD TO FIND A NEGATIVE COMMENT THEN I WOULD SUGGEST THEY UPGRADE THEIR BED LINENS TO COTTON INSTEAD OF THE NASTY SCRATCHY POLYESTER.EVERYTHING ELSE WAS JUST GREAT.

Arrived on a late flight, wasn't expecting a lot, just happy to get a bed and I was really surprised. Very modern, great room, comfy bed, big LCD TV, friendly staff, good breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

The facility is new, well appointed, with a helpful staff and about 5 minutes from Basel airport. Have a shuttle to the airport and a bus stop across the street that goes to the Basel Bahnhof (the central train station).

Booked this hotel late on a business trip fully expecting the usual "Airport Hotel impersonable service". What a suprise! Smiling staff, first class rooms - on a par with the best in the USA, excellent value with the usual Swiss attention to cleanliness and detail. Will defininately use this hotel again.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis da Verkehrsmittel für die Stadt gratis sind und die Möglichkeit ein kostenloses kontinentales Frühstück einzunehmen besteht. Sehr ansprechende Atmosphäre im Hotel.

Vicino all'aeroporto e alla città. Il bus 50, con fermate difronte all'albergo, lo collega ottimamente con l'aeroporto e con la stazione ferroviaria. Dall'hotel viene fornita, senza costi aggiuntivi, una card per utilizzare gratuitamente i mezzi pubblici. Rete wireless efficiente. Colazione essenziale gratuita. Non ho gradito la richiesta, all'atto del Check-out e senza preventiva informazione, di una tassa ospite di 3.20 CHF per ogni giorno di permanenza dovuta per legge cantonale.

Die Dame an der Rezeption hielt es nicht für nötig, uns zu erklären, wie der Strom im Zimmer, hier mittels Badge, angeschaltet wird und wann und wo es Frühstück gibt. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr schön und sauber. Sogar der Fernseher hat uns begrüsst... Am nächsten Tag noch eine Überraschung: Wir mussten sechs Franken und vierzig Rappen Gästetaxe bezahlen. Was auch immer das sein soll...? Dem Herrn vor uns ging es scheinbar genauso.

Ein völlig anderes,sehr modernes Design, nettes Personal, top Lage-nah am Airport,aber kein Fluglärm, nur 4 Stationen mit Bus bis zum Bhf Basel SBB, Casino nebenan, einfach nur klasse, wenn mal wieder Basel...dann dort

Cet hôtel est parfait, il y a un Casino (que nous n'avons pas visité), un parking gratuit, il est proche de l'autoroute et de la douane. Il est TRES calme.

l'ensemble est parfait, que se soit l'accueil, le service et surtout le confort sonore a reserver chaque fois que vous êtes dans la région

Þægilegt hótel, hreint og snyrtilegt, góð herbergi með góðum þægindum.staðsett lítillega fyrir utan borgina, en samgöngur eru þannig að það skiptir ekki nokkru máli!

Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, Zimmer und Bad sind äußerst sauber und von der Einrichtung und Farbgebung gut aufeinander abgestimmt .

Tolles Hotel! Tolles Design, nettes Personal, klasse Zimmer, Tiefgarage kostenlos und kostenloses Bus- und Straßenbahnticket. Dazu faire Zimmerpreise. Liegt nicht weit weg vom Zentrum und aufgrund des kostenlosen Bus- und Straßenbahntickets immer bequem zu erreichen.
