Vincci Palace - Valencia

I would recommend this hotel to anybody and if i find myself in Valencia again i will make sure i stay here. The room was quite cosy but there was more than enough space for me and my partner, the bed was super comfortable...helped along by the "pillow" menu! The decor of the room was beautiful and i loved the bathroom which was all polished chrome and glass! You can tell the second you walk into the foyer that they take a lot of pride in the apperance of the hotel and at no point are you let down. I have to say i didn't eat in the restaurant so i can't review that - although the location (right in the centre of the city) allows for you strolling down the road to find a suitable restaurant.

Comfortable hotel, well priced hotel with pleasant staff, modern, clean and well equipped rooms. Stayed for 2 nights in July, thoroughly enjoyed Valencia - it's a beautiful city. Didn't dine at the hotel so can't comment on food, but the facilities were good and the hotel is easy to find. Shops, plazas and the metro system are all within walking distance.

I stayed two nights with my wife in July, the position of the hotel was excellent for the shops cafes and nightlife, could not have a better location, the room and bathroom were very comfy we would have liked a more powerful shower, the car park is a tight squeeze if you have a large car, as you have to drive into a service lift and park underground, Valencia is a great place to visit and this hotel gives you the time to explore.

Stayed at the Vincci Palace Hotel Valencia good central location for the historic part of the city. Rooms are nicely decorated boutique type style.

Excellent location in the heart of town and near all the sights. You can walk to anything and everything. Internet service from the hotel, although free, did not work at all. Were able to jump o to an unsecured wireless network, but only from one room (for us, on the 4th floor, bt perhpas elsewhere, too). Had to change rooms to find it. Small rooms, no desk for working. Basic amenities. No coffeemaker, no iron. Breakfast very overpriced. Look for food options in the neighborhood, there are many. Probably not great for the business traveller, but ok for vacation. The staff at front desk were very nice, friendly and helpful.

Excellent location in Valencia a few mins walk to the old town and right by the shopping area too! Lovely styled hotel, huge very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and friendly staff. Would definately go back and will recommend to friends and family

Stayed here in August 2008. Hotel was as described on the website didn't dissapoint! Lovely rooms well decorated and nice and clean. A shame breakfast wasn't included and bought separately was very expensive. Overall a little bit of luxury in the centre of old Valencia!

Good central location, very close to the old town which is lovely especially in the evenings. The hotel was very comfortable and had been designed well. The only downsides were that the over opulent decor made it all seem very dark and there was never anyone in the bar ( and we couldn't even find the restaurant!) Mini bar was also expensive which is to be expected.

A very uncomfortable stay. Good location and clean but as others have said the bathrooms are a nightmare. Whoever thought glass walls and see through blinds between bathrooms and bedrooms a good idea must be very wierd indeed. This unfortunately negated the good points. We hung the half size decorative bedspread over for some privacy but it wasn't really acceptable. Room lighting very complicated to control (couldn't have bedroom light on and bathroom light off). and no tea or coffee making facilities in room. However we did check in early without a problem. Would definately NOT recommend this hotel or stay there again.

We stayed 3 nights over easter and we very impressed with the hotel overall. The location could not have been better, the staff were very helpful and the bed was comfortable. What more could you want in a hotel? Would definitely recommend it and stay there again

Excellent contemporary style hotel. Service great. Fantastic location for the centre of the city of Valencia. Room was spotlessly clean and bathroom was to die for.

Great hotel, so close to the main attractions of the old town. Clean with friendly staff. Just beware the glass walls through to the bathrooms. There's absolutely no hiding in there!

Having previously stayed in the Vincci in Seville and 3 times at the Vincci Centrum, Madrid, I arrived at the Vincci Palace and was of course not disappointed. The reception staff proved extremely helpful in suggesting and booking restaurants, the lounge staff were polite and courteous as were the breakfast staff. Rooms were as usual good quality, and quirky, however if I had one gripe it would be the lack of of wardrobe space in my room! I am a Vincci convert and am looking forward to my stay at the Vincci Arena, Barcelona, in June.

very clean and comfortable hotel to stay which is within 10 minutes walk of the main train station. Can't say I was happy with the bathroom design unless you like this sort of thing. The bathroom and bedroom are seperated by a glass partion with an automated up & down blind screen which you are still able to see your half using the facilities when the screen is down. breakfast is continental, tea weak, coffee very strong, orange juice the best. Be mind full that price of breakfast is extra above cost of hotel stay.

Great hotel - facilities new n good! As previous reviewers watch out for the glass walled bathroom - scary!! We had an inner court yard room so was always dark even in morning! Staff were brill - all talked english and v. helpful. Didn't try restaurant so can't comment on the hotel food but loads of places out and about. Take a chance on one of the little local side street places - great food and value!

Rent og stilfullt hotell. Hyggelig betjening med gode engelsk kunnskaper. Jeg har ingenting å utsette på oppholdet. Det som gjørat jeg vil returnere om jeg er i Valencia igjen, er plasseringen. Det tar 2 min å spasere til Plaza de la Reina, med allesine kosselige og gode restauranter. Skulle vi handle var det 2 min til El Corte Ingles og et utallige Zara butikker med flere. 3 minutter til Metroen - stasjon Colon. Med den tok det 10 min til stranda og ca 20 til Kongress-senteret. Anbefales.

Fint og fancy 4-stjerners hotell med barokk-rock stil, meget sentralt plassert i umiddelbar nærhet til sentrumskjernen i Valencia med mange flotte gamle bygg, parker, plasser og avenyer - rett og slett vakkert! Hyggelig og ung betjening, smakfulle rom og bad, og i vårt tilfelle meget billig grunnet lavsesong. Vi fikk også forlenget oppholdet en natt til ca. samme døgnpris. Vanntrykket i dusjen var noe lavt og vanntemperaturen varierte under dusjing - dette var visst et varig problem der, men er noe man kan leve med. Hotellet - og ikke minst byen - anbefales på det sterkeste!

Comodissimo per chi vuole visitare la città, proprio nel centro storic. Per chi arriva in aereo può risparmiare anche la spesa del taxi. In aereoporto si può prendere il metrò linea 3 o 5 e scendere alla fermata COLON: è a 300 m. dall'albergo. Ci si arriva in circa 20 minuti con un costo di € 1,80. Pulito, tranquillo, arredo moderno: soltanto i colori usati sono un pò "tenebrosi". Lo consiglio.

Hotellet har god beliggenhet, hyggelige ansatte og smakfulle rom. Alt i alt en god opplevelse.

Het modern ingericht hotel dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Mooie kamers voorzien met een hoog comfort. Het voordeel is dat het hotel een zeer centrale ligging heeft. Alles is te voet te doen.

Perfecte ligging bediening vriendelijk. Fijn verblijf gehad. Enige minpuntje is dat de badkamer middel doorzichtig glas is te zien . Dat geeft minder privacy en zeker wanneer je gebruik maak van het toilet. men was ons vergeten te weken voor het vertrek

Cet hôtel, conçu comme un lieu de rendez-vous amoureux, dont la déco est proche du vulgaire par certains côtés, n'est absolument pas envisageable pour un voyage en famille (avec ma fille dans mon cas). Jeux de lumières tamisées, porte de salle de bain transparente, cloison en verre translucide pour voire la salle de bain depuis le lit... De plus la taille de la chambre est plus que restreinte pour le prix?

Rommet hadde veldig flott innredning. Hotellet lå veldig nær sntrum og det var kort vei til metro som gikk direkte til flyplassen.

Hotellet ligger perfekt plassert i gamlebyen. Restauranter og uteliv rett rundt hjørne. Rommet var stilig innredet - en smak av luksus for en rimlig pris

Liegt sehr günstig, dennoch sehr ruhig.

Zeer mooi hotel met stylish kamers en een fantastische locatie. Dichtbij het hart van de oude stad (max. 5 min. lopen), shopping en metro. Veel restaurantjes in de buurt om te ontbijten, lunchen en dineren. Perfect dus. De moeite waard om terug te komen!

Moderno, pulito e comodo al centro e alla fermata del metrò (pochi isolati dal ponte dell Almeyda di Calatrava), a 20 mt avete lo Starbuck per le colazioni amercane.

Het hotel ligt ideaal, dichtbij bekende pleinen in het oude centrum. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk, de kamer is heel schoon en het bed is prima. Opvallend: keuze uit vier verschillende soorten kussens. Het enige aandachtspunt is de glazen scheiding tussen bed en bad+toilet gedeelte. Dit kan problemen geven voor de privacy (vooral het gebruik van het toilet).

Hotel ligt in het oude centrum, vanaf het vliegveld met de metro te benaderen, station Collon. Een mooie kamer, modern uitgevoerd, goed en ruim bed, frisse badkamer, scheidingswand van badkamer en de kamer zelf is een grote glazen wand, je kunt elkaar dan in bad of onder de douche vanuit bed bewonderen, het personeels is heel attent, werden met onze kofffers naar de kamer geholpen, fris en schoon hotel, rustige gasten, op de kamer kan het ontbijt gebruikt worden, echter ook op de beneden verdieping is een smakelijk ontbijt bufffet p.p. In het centrum kan voor minder dan d ehelft een broodje, met sap en koffie genuttigd worden. Al met al zouden wij zo weer terug gaan. Valencia, centrum en rondom centrum, fijn en heerlijk wandelen en genieten van architectuur, pleinen, fontijnen, parken en mooie gebouwen. Cora en Martin

Het hotel is uitermate mooi en goed gemoderniseerd in een statig oud pand. Strak en modern ingericht. Voorzien van alle (digitale) gemakken. Enige ongemakje: met airco was de kamer niet koel te krijgen. Maar konden gelukkig balkondeuren openzetten om lekker verfriste kamer te krijgen.

Prachtig Hotel in het centrum voor een zeer redelijkie prijs. Recent gerenoveerd. Heeft prachtige, modern ingerichte kamers, weinig opbergruimte. Boeken gaat zonder ontbijt. Het ontbijt ter plaatse is heel goed maar niet goedkoop. Goedkope ontbijtalterrnatieven zijn er voldoende in de buurt.

Wij hebben drie nachtend gelogeerd in dit Hotel en het is prima bevallen. Geen op- of aanmerkingen.
