It's great to stay here, about 30 minutes north of LA. Less expensive than staying in/around LA. The free breakfast is an amazing value.

Beautiful and comfortable room decor; superb exercise/equipment room; staff all smiling and pleasant from housekeeping to check out. Efficient and courteous check in. Quiet room. Best breakfast spread we've ever seen!

this hotel has everything, breakfast, cocktail hour, newspaper, anything you need they have it. the best hotel i've stayed at. whether it's san diego or LA embassy suites is the best!

YOUNG LADY WORKED AT THE HOTEL COUNTER AND WAS ASKED TO MAKE ME A COUPLE OF STARBUCKS DRINKS. GIRL HAD A DEFINITE UNPLEASANT ATTITUDE. I DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING BUT I DID NOT GIVE HER MY USUAL 20-25% TIP EITHER

I went for a get-a-way weekend and could not have enjoyed myself more. The hotel was clean and well appointed. The cooked to order breakfast was exceptional with many choices, and the happy hour in the evening was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Length of stay 12-31-08 through 1-2-09 Staying at an Enbassy Hotel is an 2nd time for me and the Valencia staff exceeded most of my expectations. The staff was very helpful: (Making change, Guiding me where things are, Answering Questions, and the best part was when I needed help geting directions back home they were very quick and effective with the computer got me a print-out) This staff did a great job practicing hospitality: (Lots of hello's, providing service by name basis, willing to create small talk) There was a few minor things that I had against them and the location, however, for me the good service out-wight the minor bad.

This hotel is comfortable and convenient for families. In room mini refrigerators, microwaves, and sinks are a huge plus. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The manager's evening reception leaves a bit to be desired compared to other Embassy Suite Hotels where we've stayed. The morning breakfast was excellent with something for the whole family.

Excellent location... can't beat the price for what you get. It was very nice to have complimentary breakfast everyday. The quality of service and ammenities was great.

The room was something I would have expected to pay $500 per night for. The breakfast was the iceing on the cake.

The Embassy suites in Valencia is a magnificent hotel. The outside of the hotel not even giving credit to what the inside has to offer as far a scenery goes. As wonderful as it was to look at the hotel service seemed to act like they where better then me and seemed quite rude. We also had a rather odd problem that the room we where in would have this horribly loud vibrating sound. We where not sure whether that was form some kind of device to the hotel or the freeway system close by, either way that was very annoying

It was everything we'd come to expect from an Embassy and more. We checked in easily and our room was ready. I was a bit worried about being right by the lobby (first floor, rm 110) but there were zero noise issues. The managers' reception was lovely, appetizers were good, though they disappeared fast. The morning breakfast was great as always; the line cooks were amazingly fast and accurate. We also were able to get a shuttle to Six Flags with no issues. The lobby was very comfortable and the 'restaurant' had excellent soup and sandwiches. Beds were comfortable, rooms were nice,dark, and quiet though we were right next to the parking lot, ground floor. The flat screen HDTV was a nice touch. Everything was very clean and tidy, even with some paint touch-ups going on in the lobby. Everything was safe and secure, the area being a cul-de-sac in a business park. NOTES: There is no ATM here and no bank within walking distance. We used the one in the neighboring hotel and then made a trip to the bank (about 2mi away) later, but I'd suggest coming with cash for tips/food/etc.

Friendly service, clean room and good overall service, but when we got to our room, we found out 2 bulbs were burned out. One in the entry and one in the bedroom. Also, one of the remote controls (in the sitting room)was inoperative, most likely due to low battery power. Overall we were pleased with the accommodations and would recommend the hotel.

The service was excellent, they offered free drinks between 5:30-7:30. They offered free made to order omlets and a generous buffet. I like how the room had its own seperate bedroom for privacy if staying with a couple other guests. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and overall its the best value for your dollar!!

This hotel is perfect if you have kids - we could put our 14 month old to bed in the "living room" and still be able to watch t.v. in the bedroom. There isn't really a neighborhood but, if you want to be close to Magic Mountain, it is great. The only downside is that they keep the pool open until midnight and on a Saturday night, there were kids splashing around and yelling until late. You may want to opt for a non-poolside room.

Everything was great except the food. My husband got sick from the greasy breakfast.

Great value for the money! Flat screen hdtv's in the living and bedrooms, along with a mini-fridge and microwave. Loved the fact that you can adjust the thermostat in the room, as well as that the workout room is open 24/7. Shopping is very close, staff very nice and the free breakfast wasn't skimpy..

Great suite. Extreemly clean, modern decor, comfortable bed, (pull out couch for the kids), flat screen hd's, roomy bathroom with big shower, free breakfast buffet with an omelette station and a helpful, friendly staff. All this for a great price. Loved it!

we stayed on saturday night- staff welcoming and check-in/out was fast and easy. great complimentary breakfast! the lobby and lounge are beautiful. the room was nice and comfortably fit 4 people.

The accomodations were excellent...especially this Hotel being so new. It was comfortable, for me and my family of 6. Just the black-out for 8 hours wasn't expected...good thing it was at night when we were going to sleep!

Outstanding Hotel! Will strongly consider it again when we travel to that area (Valencia). Excellent service and very accommodating to all our requests. The rooms where very clean and parking and access to the surrounding area was excellent and convenient.

OUR STAY FOR A FAMILY OF SIX(DAD,MOM 4KIDS)WAS MOST COMPFARTABLE. GREAT ROOM ,GREAT BREAKFAST(it made a world of difference to get our day started)GREAT PRICE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL. THANK YOU FROM PHOENIX FAMILY.

The breakfast was unbelievable with made to order eggs/omlettes and a variety of much more. The beds were comfortable and rooms were big. They had 2 nice flat screen t.v.'s. They were fast to accomadate all of our requests.

Met all my needs except maintenance of room temperature. The air conditioning was ineffective (including a confusing programmable thermostat) with extremely noisy air registers.

Internet connection was broken. Other features and services were satisfactory

I would call if the best hotel around six flags! Hip and classy. Great staff too.

The hotel looks brand new, the staff is amazing and for the money i don't expect you'll find any better!

From the time we checked in, up to the time we left, each and every hotel employee was kind and considerate. A little frugal on the toilet and tissue paper, but once I requested more, I had an abundance of supplies. NO COMPLAINTS! Service was extremely considerate and polite. We had the complimentary breakfast and the service was excellent and there was more available to eat than your average hotel has for breakfast. I have stayed at many a hotel in the past, and I must say that the breakfast here was the best for a complimentary one. Very pleased with everything and happy to have such accomodations to present to my family. Thank you Embassy Suites!

We've been for a pleasure visit to the Six Flags Park, and have choosen this brand new hotel based on the "room you get for your money" rule. Great value, free breakfast buffet, free internet (business center as well as wireless), great pools, clean and large (by european standards) rooms. two downsides: the noise of the ventilation system in our room on the 4th floor was too loud to sleep - however we were transfered to a different room, and the problem was solved. the hotels.com reservation was not forwarded to the hotel - however the hotel gave us the room based on the print out we had with us (so always print the confirmation!). And I am not sure if that was the hotels, or hotels.com problem. Overall it worked well for us.
