We arrived early (9am) and were given an early check-in with no problem. This was very important as we had a wedding to attend that afternoon.

The amenities and general condition of the property is outstanding. It was also a quick metro ride to the inner harbor - very convenient. Service Communication was lacking and needs improvement - for example the front desk clerk stated that the hotel shuttle would pick us up from anywhere and when we called for a ride it was stated only rides to/from airport. Also, it was unclear that only one breakfast was included with the room booking.

The experience proved to be an unconfortable one due to a housekeeping issue. We moved to another room after discovering the mattress pad was blood stained. Once in the second room, that mattress pad also showed effidence of obvious bodily fluids. Instead of moving again, I insisted that the mattress pad be changed. I didn't expect this from a hotel with such a high standard. Needless to say I was unconfortable from that point forward.

Although the hotel staff itself was wonderful, the hotel is kind of out in the middle of no where with 2 other hotels. So if your like me with no car you have to eat at this place. It was super expensive and for breakfast I went down there was 5 tables most appeared to be eating on the buffet. I stood waiting to be seated for a long time. Finally one of the customers walked up to me and said: you might as well take a table the service around here leaves something to be desired. I found a table and noticed several servers and what appeared to be a manager wandering around. Finally they came up and asked if I wanted coffee? I got that and decided to have the buffet. The food was COLD I couldn't believe it for the price they charge! The manager looking man came over and asked me how everything was and I asked him to micro wave my breakfast, he apologized and did so very nicely. The corned beef hash once hot was pretty good but the rest was not worth the price. I would not stay here if you are stuck eating there. Other then that it was a wonderful hotel.

Disappointed when request for double beds were not met even when reservations were made far in advance, There were several loose tile in the lobby area that was a cause of concern. That wait for the hotel shuttle bus was far to long (45 minutes)from the rental car area.

This was my first trip to Baltimore and I found the shuttle drivers very helpful. I've never stayed at a hotel and resturants weren't close by. I was a little disappointed that I had to travel in order to get a meal.

The hotel staff first said only papers were given on certain floors, then they ran out and then 3 days later we get a paper, but only for 1 day. Also there were dirty items left in the hotel safe. The coffee pot int he room was dirty and we had to run water thru it about 10 times. Then our bathroom ceiling floor was leaking and we were inconvenienced by moving us to another room. After that the bell-hop asked for keys to the old room which I didn't give to him. Overall staff not very friendly or willing to make things right during our stay.

Wonderful prompt helpful front desk service! Went above and beyond to answer my questions and assist in mailing UPS packages back home. Room clean and housekeeping responsive to request for more coffee in room. Had requested refrigerator when making reservation a month earlier. Not in room when I arrived. Was promised again, still no delivery throughout five day stay.

We were there for a wedding weekend. The staff was friendly, professional. The mattresses are great and the amenities are top-notch. My only gripe - our room had a few light bulbs that were fused...not a huge complaint.

This is a beautiful hotel that is located just minutes from the airport and from major highways. The staff was very available and very responsive. Overall, this was a great business hotel for an extremely reasonable rate.

Very comfortable beds, spacious bathroom and awesome fitness room. Nice contemporary decor. Online price can't be beat. Staff at front desk very helpful. A little out of the way. Shuttle service leaving the hotel is good. Shuttle pick ups are not always timely. Had to call the hotel twice before the shuttle finally picked up. Internet cost extra. Restaurant very expensive. The hotel will provide a complimentary mini refrigerator if you ask.

What can I say, we shared the hotel with the visiting Cleveland Browns. If it is good enough for the NFL, it is good enough for you. My only complaints would be the local neighborhood which is SORELY lacking in restaurant choices and a maid that tossed all my laid out (pressed) clothes and suitcase on the chair. After getting the hotel to repress my suits, it was forgotten. Overall, clean, friendly, excellent restaurant, decent bar and workout facility. I would definitely recommend this, especially if you are weighing it against the $250+ rooms in the Inner Harbor.

The Westin Baltimore is a terrific new hotel. It's modern, clean, and rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. The beds are the best...heavenly. We loved the little jogging route cards available at the front desk (thoughtful detail. The location however, leaves a bit to be desired however. It's close to the airport, but if you want to get back into downtown Baltimore, especially during morning rush, give yourself plenty of extra time. There are some chain restaurants up the road from the hotel, but nothing noteworthy.

Westin to date has been old reliable in my book. However the location of this hotel was somewhat odd. I would still stay in the same hotel if visiting Baltimore again. Only complaint would be is no starbucks located In the lobby ( if u have in most, it should me in all)

Physical plant is fine, but hotel is very badly run. Often just one person -- or even no one -- at reception desk. Room inadequately cleaned -- grounds still in coffee maker, toiletries not replaced, etc (but we did find a quarter under a chair, so it wasn't all bad). Room phone didn't work, so always had to visit the (unstaffed) reception desk if we needed anything. No healthy options at breakfast, with the single lame exception of some melon cubes.

when I arrived at the hotel I was informed that I had a king bed, I thought that I had requested two beds. I requested a roll out bed since my adult son and I would bw sharing the room. I was told that one would be made available. I requested three more times to no avail. I spent a very sleepless night since my son needs quite a bit of room. I feel that a hotel of any level should do whatever it takes to make it's guests comfortable

shuttle to light rail---Great CHEF at restaurant==GORGEOUS pool+ lifeguard woork out machines great wonderful===only thing if you get cold at night dont even put the air on fresh air comes in all day,nite....lovely decor ,plenty of room

Our stay was great, however, the only problem we ran into was when we first checked in the hotel did not have our reservations through hotels.com and we had to wait half an hour before we could check in because they had to wait for the confirmation fax. Otherwise everything was great! Bed was comfy! We also think that for the price if there wasn't complimentary Internet in the room then it should have at least been complimentary in the business office they had.

Our stay at the Westin was outstanding! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room itself was good-sized and the bed was a dream to sleep upon! The fitness center was well-appointed and spacious and had something to offer the hard-core and the casual. The location was convenient to the surrounding interstates. Overall, it was a great stay, at a great price, at a wonderful establishment! We WILL be back

The hotel was excellent. There were too many lights coming from the TV and Mini bar in direct site of the bed. TV had flashing lights when turned off. Anyway, it disturbed my sleep and I finally put towels over the lights.

The hotel was exceptional for the price and location. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. The staff was very acceptable to all my needs. I would definitely look for Westin Hotels for future hotel travels.

This hotel was great. They strive to make your stay very relaxing, and they do that well. The best price ever too. We actually thought about strapping the bed to the roof of the car to take home. It was heavenly for sure. You have got to stay here... need I say more?

The hotel was beautiful from the outside to the inside, the price was absolutely amazing for the stay it smelled good nice pool nice workout room i have nothing bad to say about it. I loved it. We stayed one night to go to the ballgame and they took us to the light rail and picked us up outstanding service would recommend it to anyone!
