Do not stay at this hotel. The service was very unhelpful and very unfriendly. I was not notified prior to my stay that there is no parking available for guests. I was told I needed to move my car immediately and could go pay to park in a garage or find street parking. My room was in the basement of the hotel with one tiny window. The basement hallway was at least eighty degrees and it was extremely hot and hard to breathe. Clearly there was no air conditioning in the hallway. The door in my room did not even lock. There was no bolt or any way to lock the door at all. I finally decided to leave and did not even stay in the room. It is also located in an inconvenient neighborhood.

We picked this hotel because we were visiting our son and the hotel was in his neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised - the rooms were more comfortable and cleaner than hotels in which I have stayed in Manhattan. The location was perfect - not only close to our son's neighborhood be very short walking distance to trendy shops and restaurants. The staff members were helpful and pleasant and their was a very nice breakfast each morning.

We had a group of 13 that traveled to Brooklyn for my daughter's wedding. We were all pleased with hotel.For visits with my daughter and her new in-laws it was a bit out but the subway made it easy to get around. Look forward to staying there again

when me and my husband got there they told us we had to pay for parking which they dont tell you that when you are booking the reservation they also gave us a room with 2 beds when we made reservation for a king size that night me and my husband slept in different beds we got into the room and the bathroom was nasty the shower curtain was old and dirty the breakfast suck and in the whole hotel they only have one elevator so you had to wait 15 to 20 min. to go anywhere. When we where leaving the recepiton did not ask us if we had a good night she only took the key and we left i have never been in a hotel like this never again i will go back or recommend this hotel.

No probs here. It had rooms, with beds, and a bathroom with bathroom stuff. Was only there one night, so used all of those facilities. Brekkie was grand. Continental.

Comfortable room; pleasant, helpful staff; BUT don't dawdle too long before going down to breakfast if you wish to have some choice in food! Free business center was asset.

If the hotel had been a few blocks over in Park Slope, and been $50 to $100 less it would have been great. The hotel was run well, the staff was welcoming and helpful, the room (though awfully small for the price) was very nice.

Staff was excellent. Can't say enough good things about all of them. Hotel is a couple of years old but seems to have some minor maintenance issues. My room door would not lock but staff moved me immediately. Was concerned with auto garages across the street but my room faced them and I heard no noise to disturb me. Parking is tight but we were able to park in their lot with no problem. Convenient to 4th and 5th Ave with plenty of restaurants. Would stay again.

This brand new hotel was better than your average Holiday Inn Express. Service was very friendly, great rooms, great price. I can understand why some people might not like the neighborhood, but its really quite safe and convenient. Just a bit industrial and run down towards the water.

We thought the hotel would be just average, but it is a very clean, safe, comfortable, well located, and affordable hotel. We are definately going back to that hotel in the future!!!

I have stayed here numerous times, and each time arrived after 10pm for business the next day. Everytime I am in Brooklyn I will stay here. It is clean, and comfortable. The parking lot in the back is ok but I wish I didn't have to walk all the way around to the front at night, but it seems safer then street parking. A plus if you get a nice view of Manhattan!!

Driving up to the hotel, my husband and I were a little concerned: The entrance is in a back-alley-like street with graffiti on the surrounding buildings and neighboring dark, chain link parking lots. Upon entering the hotel, we felt that the lobby was very clean and nice, however cramped. Our room was the same way: Very nicely kept and decorated, but there was barely room around the king sized bed to walk. The bed was comfortable, and they provided a padded tray so that you could put your laptop on your lap while in bed comfortably, which was nice. The free internet was also great. Ultimately, I'd say the best thing about this hotel was the proximity to downtown Brooklyn, as well as Manhattan. There was a subway station right at the corner, so everything was convenient despite us not having a car.
