Holiday Inn Amsterdam Schiphol - Ámsterdam

I only stayed at this hotel for one night but it is lovely. I choose this hotel mainly because it had secure parking which is free. The hotel is only a year old, the staff where very friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and clean. The hotel is out of the city and only a short taxi ride of about 10 minutes but is in a quite location. Recommend this hotel for anyone, and i will stay there again

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful in providing information about the hotel and its services, such as the shuttle info/tickets to/from the airport, and parking and directional information to downtown Amsterdam. Great value and experience. Parking at the hotel is 10 euro overnight.

Modern hotel, new, sleek but not outstanding. Free shuttle only from the airport. From the hotel to the Airport they charge 5 Euro. That doesn't sound right. Breakfast would have been 20 Euro. I heard it was nothing special and not worth it. I was lucky - I got the bigger executive room (separation of room into living (sofa and coffee table), sleeping (double bed), office (desk). Bathroom with shower and bath tub. Separate toilet. Bath robe-robe, slippers. I liked it. Even though I booked just the cheapest room category. It was on a weekend though. One major thing on the down side was that internet was not free. In fact their rates would have been very expensive: 6.50 Euro / hr or 22 Euro / day. Walk to Public transportation ist about 10 Min. (Tram line 1). Worked great for me.

Lets begin with location, this is in an industrial park next to a motor bike dealership. Shuttles to airport and downtown Amsterdam cost money. Charges for internet connection were extremely high even by European standards. Hotels food was good but about twice the price I would have paid in Amsterdam or other places in the Netherlands. Rooms were clean and relatively large for europe but there was no value for the price.

I had a business trip near Amsterdam and this hotel was the best of the three that I stayed in the Netherlands. Very new and modern. It's a bit off the beaten path; but they have an easy shuttle back to the airport for a reasonable fare. Plan to pay for internet fees like most hotels. Good food at this restaurant with an affordable buffet. Recommend for business travelers. Slight inconvenience for tourists; but worth the comfort and price.

Très bon hotel, très bon standing. Un peu déçu du prix exorbitant du petit déjeuner (20€) et de la localisation géographique.

Amikor megérkeztünk a szállodába, le akarták venni a hitelkártyánkról azt az összeget amit már egyszer leemeltek a foglaláskor. Még szerencse hogy a bank nem engedte a tranzakciót. 394 dollár. Ezután kértek 100 eurót biztosítéknak, amit majd távozáskor visszaadnak. Természetesen nem így történt, azt mondták még mi fizessünk 150 euró büntetést mert szerintük dohányoztunk a szobában. Ez nem igaz, mondtuk, a végeredmény az lett hogy nem adták vissza a 100 eurót. Szépen lehúztak minket, soha többet nem megyünk ebbe a hotelbe.

L'hotel est très classe, bien tenu, les chambres décorées avec goût..! Agréablement surprise étant donné le prix!!!

Hotellet ligger tæt på luftahavnen, blot 10-15 min. i hotellets shuttlebus, som er gratis fra Lufthavnen. Men som koster 5 Euro fra hotellet til Schiphol. Og man skal købe turen i forvejen - lidt tyndt. Hotellet er nyt og flot. Servicen er helt i top med venligt personale.
