nice stay got what I expected

great hotel great location,only problem was slamming doors, doors are on a spring so as you leave or enter the room the doors slam behind you, was woken up three times saturday night, because of this, the walls are very thin,staff are very friendly,room very clean, beds were great,

Jurys is a new hotel in a great location. everything is clean, light and upbeat. It next to the sea and has nice outdoor places to eat and drink. Staff are friendly and polite. Overall a place I'd stay again.

On arrival we were delighted with proximity to Echo Arena. Staff were very pleasant. The room unfortunately was not-although non smoking-the last guest had definitely been smoking. We called down to reception and they were extremely apologetic and gave us a room on the 6th floor-obviously one of their premier rooms, absolutely beautiful, with fantasic views of the river and Albert dock.

I stayed at the jurys inn for my graduation and the location couldn't have een better, you are right on the docks which have amazing restaurants/bars/history and the city centre is only 5-10 min walk away. Staff were very friendly, the room adequate size and the view amazing over the water, Would definitely recommend to anyone going to liverpool looking for lovely acommodation in a brilliant location. Of course the price was great too!

I had a great room overlooking the river and the dock, from which I was ideally located. Would definitely go back. I reccomend it.

This hotel is in an excellent location. The only negative we had is that there was a fee to park. They gave us a discount card, but we still had to pay £7.50 per day to park. So, add that on to your expense when deciding to book here, or not. Positives are, plenty of restaurants and it is right on Albert Dock. Rooms and hotel are good.

Having booked via the internet we ventured North for the uni open day neccessitating a one night stay. parking just next door (don't forget your discount voucher when checking out) and everything else within easy walking distance. Hotel is situated in the Albert Dock area so easily sign-posted when choosing to ignore the driving directions which we had carefully printed off. bar prices a bit lumpy but it's a hotel after all! Simply step outside and stroll along to the various bars along the waterfront or go further afield for a varity of watering holes. Room was very comfortable and most importantly clean upon arrival. Breakfast ok and check-out very efficient and staff helpful with directions and luggage storage etc. Well worth the money and deffo return if we need to stay over.

The hotel was very clean, we had a great room with fantastic views across the city. We found the staff at reception to be a bit rude on check in, they were really busy, but no excuse! It was room only so a little bit pricey, overall good hotel.

i had a lovely time while i stayed in jurys liverpool, staff were friendly and food was lovely, they had a very good band on the friday night which i stayed, i would stay there again

We stayed at Jury's in for a mother/daugher weekend away. We were really impressed with the room - it was clean, modern and spacious. We had a great view of Albert Dock and the Liver building. The receptionist staff were friendly and helpful and we managed to get into our room earlier than the stated checkin time, The hotel was in a great location for shopping at Liverpool 1, which i can definitely recommend for shopping. It was also ideally located for a night out at Albert Docks where we enjoyed a couple of cocktails and a fantastic meal at Gusto restaurant. If I had to pick one fault it would be the set up for breakfast which was a bit chaotic. But would definitely go back again and recommend it to friends.

OK, the downside first - it was a bit raucous when we checked in - due to some lively stag and hens do's about to hit the town after an afternoon of drinking. But, the desk staff handled the situation superbly well, understood we wanted a quiet room, and actually gave us a free upgrade. Had no noise problems whatsoever. On the plus side, the location is spot on, room's are very good, and the staff exceeded our expectations.

Very new and located right next to Albert Dock, five mins walk to shopping centre, better than we anticipated. Only minor blip was a few crumbs on the couch and a piece of old lettuce by the window, this was no real issue and the rest of the room was clean and fresh. Overall highly reccommended.

It was me and my girlfirends first trip away, we couldnt of had a better time, location was perfect, few minutes walk into the city with loads of things to do. Were definatley coming back.

after staying at the jurys inn for the first time,i would thouroughly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about booking here.the proximately to the echo arena is excellent.the room was lovely and clean

The hotel was spotlessly clean. From arrival to departure the staff were always cheerful and eager to be helpful. You cannot ask for more.

The hotel is ideally situated for Liverpool City Centre and the surrounding of the Albert Dock is lovely

This is quite a new hotel so it's very clean and fresh. The staff are extremely friendly and having paid in advance was able to check-in very quickly. This hotel has a great location next to the arena/Albert Docks and overlooking the Mersey. Would recommend as a reasonably priced hotel.

Initial impression great spacious modern clean hote well situated in Albert docs 15min walk from Lime St station shopping area on doorstep Room v clean V comfordable bed and adequate bedding which was needed due to the cold weather. The room had thermostat for our comfort but took a long while to warm up as did the water and a cool shower on New Years eve wasn't a great introduction to our first stay with Jurys hotel. Staff were helpful.

Stayed one night in Nov 2008. Very good base for visiting Liverpool waterfront. Clean comfy room with fabulous views (top floor). Everything worked and staff very friendly & helpful.

A modern hotel, well located and reasonably priced. I have paid far more in Liverpool for poorer quality accommodation. Jury's will be my first choice from now on.

The facilities are nice (very clean, etc) but the staff was not very knowledgeable. Almost any question we asked was met with "I don't know" as an answer. You would expect that hotel employees would be able to answer basic questions about the city they work in. Overall it's a good deal for the price but customer service could definitely use some work.

A very good hotel -brand new effectively. We were most impressed with the delightful Liverpudlian staff - very helpful very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. the 50% discount on the nearby multi storey car park made it cheap to leave your car and it looked very secure. Overall it was excellent experience and we would stay there again.

It was nice and clean. the food was a little expensive The bed was comphy but the shower was like a dribble and the bath was a bit on the small side Over all pretty good though

My daughter is studying in Liverpool so I will be visiting regularly. The hotel had to make a good impression - it did. The staff were friendly. There was a lot going on, the rooms must be soundproofed because we didn't hear a thing.

A spanking new Jury's Inn in the new development near Albert Dock - and handy for the Echo Stadium which is right outside. Like the stadium, nothing much happened in the hotel while I was there, which made it a tranquil experience. The staff are young and keen and helpful and obviously think their new hotel is "dead swanky" and are proud to be working there. My only (minor) grouch was (as ever) the intrusive music at breakfast and a continuous air extraction system in the bathroom, which could be disturbing to a light sleeper. Fortunately the connecting door was thick enough to block most of the noise. The buffet breakfast includes fresh fruit salad - a definite plus - but the rest is pretty standard - though well presented. Dinner menu was OK but I felt rather pricy for what it was. Breakfast was usually ready within 5 minutes of the published time of 0700 , which by the general standard of British hotels is pretty good going. Though why hitting 0700 precisely is seemingly so difficult, however, is another question.

Ideally situated for all attractions, yet offers a quiet environment away from the noise of traffic. Great views on the 'water side' of the hotel.

Unlikely to stay here again. Stayed for mum's 60th and hotel wouldn't send a bottle of champ to the room as they don't provide room service. Beds are standard double so on the small size.

Staff at the hotel were very helpful, even suggesting to book in a bit later to get a room with a better view! Breakfast was good quality and value compared to other hotels we have stayed in recently. Walk into centre took about 10 minutes, taxi back was only £5: worth it in the early hours!!!

clean, convenient, smart, good value for money

Nice, clean, quite bog standard type hotel really. Did the job for a one night stay over in Liverpool. Fire alarm went off at 1.10am which was a little annoying but the staff were very apologetic.

My fiance and I decided to spend a couple of days in Liverpool and we couldn't have picked a better base for our stay than Jury's. The bars and restaurants of the Albert Dock (including the Beatles museum) were 2 minutes walk away, and the redeveloped city centre only 5 minutes walk. Have to say that the city centre looks really impressive now and is an absolute shoppers paradise! As the hotel is brand new it is in excellent condition, and the reception / bar area looked great. The only negative is that the room was quite basic, however this was expected for the room rate we paid.

We went for a hen weekend of 11 girls! Great location, lovely clean rooms, really comfortable bed, cheap rooms in advance, friendly staff and cheap parking nearby.

Un très bon hotel, très bien placé à côté de albert docks. Un parking, payant mais avec une remise de 25%, à proximité immédiate. Le petit déjeunre n'était pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Il est un peu cher sauf si on le commande la veille mais malheureusement ce n'est écrit nulle part et on le découvre sur les tables du petit déjeuner c'est à dire trop tard.

Jurys Inn i Liverpool är modernt och mycket centralt men ändå lugnt beläget. Man kan parkera i ett p-hus alldeles intill och få rabatt från hotellet. Vi trivdes bra här. Städningen var dock inte helt bra. I ett rum hade vi fläckade om än inte rena lakan. Det andra rummet glömdes en dag bort av städarna. Frukosten ingick inte i vårt rumspris och var dyr och inte prisvärd.

Fin belliggenhet ved Mersey. Kort avstand til fleste attraksjoner. Store fine og rene rom.
