I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, my room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is fantastic, the staff is nice and I had free breakfasts.

My 2-night stay in this hotel was worth the money I paid. It is conveniently located near places that I planned to go to; the staff is very warm, cordial and always smiling. The room is very neat/clean; definitely, I'll stay again if I'm in NY and I already recommended the place to my friends.

1. I loved the location, cleanliness of my room, and free breakfast. 2. I didn't like the size of my room. I stayed with my 18-year-old daughter in a double room only one night, but felt I needed more space.

It's has a great location near the Central park via Fifth Avenue and Time Square and Broadway. Good attention and the price is affordable.

This tiny hotel is in the middle of everything--walk to Broadway, 5th Avenue, great places to eat & play in NYC. We were very pleased by our room for an overnight visit.

The staff were wonderful, the location was great, but the room was quite small for 4 people.

We were very pleased with our stay. The location is great for the money, the room was clean and, most impressive of all, the staff were all very nice and helpful. They would stop what they were doing to hold a door or offer help. I lost a necklace and mentioned it upon checkout. I never expected to find it, but I got a call upon my arrival home...someone found it in the lobby and they mailed it back to me!

What everyone wrote about the hotel was right on. The rooms were small but for just sleeping it was perfect! Bed was very comfortable and the location is GREAT!! Near 5th Avenue and Park Ave shopping.

This hotel was everything that I wanted for our short stay in New York City. The location was good for sight seeing, being close to 5th Avenue, Times Square, Central Park and the Empire State Building. The room itself was small but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice with a large shower. The complementary breakfast was a bonus but got busy if you did not get there early. Over all we were very pleased with the hotel and would stay there again.

Location of this hotel is absolutely excellent. The price is also worth mentioning. I got a king size bed, with breakfast included for 7 nights for two of us at a great price. And when you take into account the location it is definitely worth a stay here. I got a complimentary paper under my door every morning after they noticed i had bought a local paper which was extremely thoughtful.

The location of the hotel is it's best feature. You can easily walk to several interesting places. Parking is the problem. They have a deal with parking garage one block away, but forgot to tell us that you need special cupon from the hotel. We end up paying the regular price (not cheap!) for the parking. Room was small, but I guess for one night you can survive.

but my shower head didn't have a working holder (so it had to hang there). and when i turned it on, water shot out of the connection between the hose and the sprayer. i had to tighten it by hand to take a shower. otherwise it's a great hotel with a lovely staff.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days for our trip to new york from April 26 to April 30.While it does not appear much from the outside the Hotel is located as an ideal base for your trip.just off 5th avenue , close to Grand Central and Times square. The hotel was very clean , room was average size for Hotel in this Location , but you wont be spending much time in your room.Continental breakfast included was OK and free internet access and ability to print below reception. Overall we were very happy with this ideally located , and clean hotel.

the location is absolutely perfect,facilities are satisfactory. room is clean and the bed is comfortable. but no water to drink in the room,and the room is actually kinda small. overall i think it price could be a little bit cheaper for a room like that,maybe it's becuz of the location.

This hotel was great because it was only 2 blocks to Times Sq. The moment we checked in (we arrived 5 hrs early) they took our bags and stored them and helped us get to where we wanted to be. VERY friendly staff!! Our room was on the "basement" floor but it was great because it was so quiet, king bed and beautiful bathroom!!! I highly recommend this hotel, we will be back!!!

Just a couple of blocks off Times Square. Great location, very helpful staff. I recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again on trips back to NYC.

the hotelwas great. i was already expecting a small room based on past reviews... so that was of no surprise.... overall, it was a cozy room... the bathroom is nicely done.... the staff are great... they were very helpful and pleasant... even remembered me by face and name.... the complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations. the hotel itself is small but very welcoming. it was a great price for a great location. id definitely stay there again.

Second stay at this hotel....Stay this time was even better than the last time...we got a good room, quiet, comfortable and clean....

Very convenient to midtown, but the room was very small. It reminded me of a European hotel room.

I checked into this hotel at 3PM and went to my room. When I got to the room, there was a hotel bill under the door from the previous guest. When I entered the room, all the lights were on (including the bathroom), the TV was on, the bed was not made, the bathroom was not cleaned, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. In other words, it looked as if the room was occupied by someone else. The desk personnel quickly got me another room and all went well with the rest of my stay, but there was no explanation for the condition of the room and the desk personnel didn't really apologize for the incident. This is just one of several similar hotel check-in incidents I've experienced in the past several years and the reaction of this hotel's personnel was quick, but not stellar.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was small, but very clean and in a great location for the price we paid. It's a very quick walk to 5th avenue shopping and Times Square. The bar selection close by was also great. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was an added-plus! I think we'll be staying here again.

nice hotel with good location. the hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. the size of the room was a bit small. The bathroom was nicely done. Will definately stay again and recommend.

This hotel had the friendliest staff, was the cleanest. The breakfast was very satisfying with a coffee maker in the room and in the lobby at all times was very convenient. The room with double beds were a tight squeeze, but very comfortable and always clean. My only negative experience was when leaving one of the staff knew we were waiting on a taxi to go the airport and told us there was one outside. It was evidently a friend of his and it cost us substantially more than a taxi. I will say that this driver was courteous and more patient than most!

The rooms were good and clean but avoid the breakfast which was dreadful and inedible. It tasted of plastic, better to pay for room only and go to a local deli to eat

Hôtel simple trés bien situé, chambre pour 4 personnes trop petites, propres. Petit déjeuner correct mais pas de type américain.
