Loved the hotel!! You can watch a baseball game from the hotels 4th floor balcony area which is also by the pool and exercise room. Downfalls: The hotel staf told us the hotel resturant would serve a hotdog of grilled cheese but when we got they they would not. Charged $26 per night to park. No fridge in the room.

This Hotel was great. It's located just north of Camden Yards. When we got to our room, there was a game going on. We had a great view of the park. We didn't pay for a view of the ballpark, but since they had available rooms with a view, they gave us one at no extra charge. They have a huge fitness center and pool area with a great view of the stadium with few chairs so you can watch. But get there early, the seats go fast. The room was in great shape and the hotel is only about a year old so everything is nice. The only downsides is paying for parking and paying for wi-fi, but I guess that's standard anytime you stay at a downtown hotel.

Right in the heart of downtown Baltimore. We were there for an Orioles game and could have not been any closer. Literally outside the door of the hotel. Our oversized room looked right into the stadium, as a matter of fact we watched the game before ours being played. The room was spectacular, clean and elegant. Would definately recommend and will stay there again, and again. The staff was polite and the bell captain was so personable, really made us feel welcomed.

I chose this hotel based on its proximity to Camden Yards, as the point of my trip was to attend a baseball game. Great location, close to Inner Harbor as well as the stadium, friendly staff and clean, comfy rooms. The hot tub was closed for repairs, which was disappointing. My only real complaint is that while our car was parked with the Valet service the locked middle console was broken into. Nothing important or valuable was taken but it was a frustrating ending to an otherwise fantastic stay.

As soon as I walked into the lobby I was impressed. The staff was definitely helpful and courteous. The room was amazing and the bed was so comfortable! I don't know when was the last time I had such an amazing sleep. Everything impressed me from the clean parking garage, to the shower that I didn't want to get out of. Definitely worth the money and I wouldn't even think twice about looking at another hotel in this area.

My husband and I spent 2 nights here, August 2010, while celebrating our wedding anniversary. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The parking situation was convenient; even though we didn't want to pay $26/night, we did so because we had in/out privileges, and we didn't want to have to look around for parking in a rather deserted neighborhood. The room was very nicely appointed, with a great view of the harbor (not as close as we would have liked, since it is 6 blocks away). The food in the Diamond Tavern was expensive and delicious ($20 ea. for breakfast; our room service dinner was also from the same kitchen, and was delicious). Would recommend if you don't mind a large, impersonal hotel that is in an area that is not highly populated (though we felt safe enough - and there was a noticeable police presence, though not oppressively so). Not recommended for those who can't walk long distances - 10 minutes to Inner Harbor restaurants/attractions, plus lots of walking once you get there.

We stayed at the Baltimore Hilton for it's location, across the street is Camden yards and we were in walking distance to the Inner Harbor. A beatiful hotel and I would stay again but I do have to complaints, 1) Our first night was a Sunday night and they must of had a private party, that night we heard a lot of yelling in the hallways up to around midnight and the next day we seen trash thrown in the hall. 2) The doors are very noisy when closed you could here doors closing all night.

By far the most comfortable hotel bed/room that I've encountered. The bed and pillows were as good as, if not better than my bed at home. I was skeptical that I would be able to see the harbor from my "harbor view" room, but I had a great view from my room on the 11th floor. It was just a few minutes from the inner harbor where there are lots of restaurants (sadly, most are big chains), and it couldn't get closer to Camden Yards. It was an outstanding overall experience.

The fire alarm went off at 3:30 AM. We opened our door to what we thought was a smoke filled hall. Two hours later, we learned that multiple fire extinguishers were intentionally set off as some kind of joke and a water main was busted. We ended up getting back in our room at 5:30 AM but we were exhausted the next day. My biggest compliant was the way the hotel staff reacted to the situation. No one told us what was going on, we were terrified and they acted like it a typical night. You stay in a great hotel because you don't think something like this would happen.

I booked a room at the hotel for the weekend months in advance. When I arrived there, they did not have my room ready during check-in (3PM). I had to wait till 5:15PM before they finally found a room for me. The room however, was just cleaned and everything was in perfect order. It was on the 6th floor so very close to the lobby. Room service was a joke. I requested several times for new linens but they never arrived. I got to the point that I had to go down to the lobby and request them. Not good. If they improve the customer service, it would be an easy 4+ stars, but as it stands, I can only give them a 2.5 or 3 for the hotel. Hopefully next time I come, I'll get to leave with a very good and lasting impression.

This was one of the noisest hotels I have ever stayed in! You could hear people talking on their phones in the room next door (even with the TV on), the woman below me coughing all night - ever room near mine I could tell exactly what they were doing from personal acts to movement to bathroom breaks. In addition, the garbage trucks and buses, etc began running around 3 am (so the backing up warning bells, downshifting, and acceleration of diesel vehicles)was heard almost non-stop. When I checked in, the front desk wrote down the wrong room number and could not tell me where a safe place was to eat within walking distance for a single female. In addition, the website that one only needed to talk the skywalk to the convention center, but that involves going down the elevator to the main floor., taking an escalator up to the second floor (the elevators are not the same), walking a maze to another part of the hotel, then across the bridge, down a flight of stairs, up an escalator to the main convention floor lobby - in all, it took me about 12 minutes. So, if you are in any way functionally or physically limited, not the place to stay! I would like to be able to tell you about the bar or room service, but in the 3 days I stayed in the hotel, I only saw people in the bar once and that was between 7-8 pm on a Friday night. Room service has very limited hours and was expensive - the food arrived cold. The drink machines on each floor say they take credit/debit cards, coins, or bills - the machine on my floor did not take cash, it took coins ("ate" $3.70 which the front desk told me that they had no responsibility for and that I should contact the drink company), and on the floors above and below mine - no cards, no coins, and no cash. ON the positive side, IF you find the gift store (it is tucked away down along hall way right off the entrance, but not near the front desk), it has a wonderful supply of goodies. So, although this hotel has a "good" location, the front lobby

We came to Baltimore to catch a ballgame at Camden Yards. The ballpark is right there. It ended up raining the day of the game so we were real happy that we were staying so close, so you can't beat the location. There is a Light Rail stop right at the corner which is very convenient for our tranfers back and forth to the airport. You can't beat the price of $1.60/pp for one-way transportation. The room was spacious and very clean. We were very comfortable for the time that we stayed. I will definitely stay here again but I will shop around for better pricing.

What is most important to me when staying in a hotel is that it is clean. The Hilton was very clean. For the price we paid, I thought it delivered with the condition of the room and its location. It was right across the street from Camden yards, and within walking distance of the Harbour. The neighborhood was just fine for walking. Staff was very friendly and accomadating to our needs. We had special parking needs and they went above and beyond meeting them. Upon check out, we were able to leave our bags at the hotel and enjoy the day not lugging them around with us. I had read in previous reviews that you should not eat at the hotel resturant, but found that breakfast was very good. Our server, John, was very attentive. Overall, the hotel added to a great first experience at the Harbour area and we would go back to do things we were unable to do this trip and would stay here again. The only suggestion I would make would be to provide a make up mirror for the female guests.

Attending an O's game will never be the same. We will never again fight traffic and a late night ride to Virginia. The parking was a bit steep at $26, but you could stay in the garage until midnight of the following night, which made taking advanatage of the Inner Harbor a must. We loved it!

This hotel was great. Here are some reasons why: The doorman and bellhop immediately greeted us when our cab pulled up to the front door of the hotel. We were able to check in an hour early and the front desk staff were very friendly. When we entered our room with 2 double beds, we were concerned because our reservation and desire was for a room with 1 King; however, all we had to do was request a change and a new room was assigned in less than 10 minutes. There was always hot water in the shower and the housekeeping staff provided excellent service. The location of the hotel is in walking distance of Rams Head Live (where we enjoyed a concert) and is immediately nextdoor to Camden Yards (where we enjoyed an Orioles game). I couldn't have asked for a better location. Our room looked out over the stadium... and you could actually watch a live Orioles game while running on a treadmill in the exercise room (if you wanted). This hotel helped us to have an amazing time in Baltimore.
