Excellent appatments. All facilities you would expect from a 5 star appt. plus a lot more, e.g. LARGE plasma screen telly, with internet access, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, etc, etc...the list goes on. Comfortable, quiet and great location for GMex and deansgate area. Reception staff very pleasant and always happy to help.

Google the reviews of this hotel and read the negative ones. They all highlight awful service, a stupid £100 retainer for damages, an awful location, and a room that was not comfortable in any way. It looked good but for a short business stay, I regretted 'upgrading' to the Blue Rainbow.

We really enjoyed the space and location of these apartments, but the cleanliness had a lot to be desired. Overall the flat seemed tired and grubby - there seemed to a layer of grime on everything and there was dirty foam around the bath and someone elses razor left in!

Great location for a night out in Deansgate, fantastic for taking your own food & drink, much more flexible than a normal hotel, own lounge etc like being at home.

Really enjoyed our stay,very comfortable accomadation.I would recommend this.My only negative comment was the face that the bedrooms was very warm at night.This might have something to do with the fact the accomdation is set in an atrium.They did give us a fan device but it was a bit noisey to have on while baby was sleeping.But apart from that I would come here again.Very central walked into st peters square in 20mins.

To start with the hotel is a nightmare to find it is down some side street which nobody seems to have heard of hidden away by some building work only after going into one of the bigger hotels nearby and getting a print out with the exact location did I find it. After an hour and a half, then when trying to check in I was informed that there was a deposit for the room I offered the deposit in cash but I was informed that they would only accept a credit card I then offered my laser card but this would not go through for whatever reason so basically I was told they could not let us check I found the staff very unwilling to be accommodating and was told I would not get my money back only after insisting and requesting to speak to the manager did they finally call the manager on his mobile and he said the cash deposit would be acceptable most hotels I’ve ever stayed in they pride themselves on customer service if the staff had of just tried to call the manager in the first place but I found the staff unwilling to accommodate their guest so overall this left me with a very bad feeling of the hotel the room was fine and clean but the bed sheet was not completely clean either but overall the room was ok but after the whole issue with check in it left us not feeling good about this place so I would definitely NOT go back to this place and would stick with a more known hotel who pride themselves on customer service which this place definitely does not!!!!

Beautiful apartments with everything you need Checking in Staff very efficient although not very friendly Had no hot water did send repair man we got enough for two quick showers then no more hot water in morning so rather diappointed we could have done without the roses on the pillows for some hot water

room for clean & comfortable, nice touches included the breakfeast food which was included in the price, also on checkout day you can purchase an extra hour for £10 which is a good idea, although they do have an early checkout time of 11am so this is a bit of a money spiner to get back lost money on cheap nightly deals! did not like the fact that you had to pay to watch local TV (BBC,ITV etc); not good.

I have syated at many hotels in london but never in an apartment hotel. THe appartments are fantastic and very modern. Secure parking in the basement is an added bonus. To have a kitchen to cook my own full breakfast, great. Beds comftable and lovely linen. 10 out of ten, and im not esily impressed. I will be back

Very impressed with the apartment - clean, spacious and more than adequate. Nice touch to have a few supplies in e.g. milk, bread, coffees and teas. Use of dishwasher and washing machine also. Good to know when we go back. Check-in and out was easy and painless. Great location in the centre of the city for going out.

A good 4 star standard of accommodation but without the normal hotel facilities. Extremely centrally located, a few minutes walk from Deansgate (including Deansgate Station). Underground parking a real bonus but note an extra charge of £7.50 applies. An excellent alternative for a family, especially when cost is about half that of 2 rooms in a 4 star hotel. Only drawback may be that both beds are smallish doubles.

everything is fine. the price is reasonable for the services. its location is good too.

Stayed here for just one night, and was very impressed. The apartment was spacious and well kept. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. We will be going back!

We had a one bedroom apartment with a fantastic view of the Deansgate Hilton Hotel. There was lots af space and very well equipped. 10 mins away from City Centre with fab bars around the corner. The service was fab and the apartment even better. Just a fantasic stay and will 100% use it again.

we arrived at the hotel and from the outside it looked raelly well presented the receptionist on arrival was polite and helpful and all went smoothly at check-in the lift was a little slow every timne we used it the apartment was second to none! really well equipped and relaxed feel to it we would recommend this to our friends

We were very suprised with the hotel room. The size of the 1 bedroom is great in comparision to other European hotel rooms. The style of the rooms was very clean, and classy. There is a COMPLETE kitchen with appliances which is very helpful if you are staying for an extended amount of time. There is even a clothes washer and dryer in the ktichen! The room is stocked with teas, orange juice, milk, bread, crossants, cookies, cereal, jams, and coffee. (They even remembered the dishwasher soap, and washing machine soap for your clothes!)The walk to a main street (Deansgate) is about 3 min. away. There are plenty of eating places within walking distance. About 3 min. away is a nightlife area with 4-6 different club atmospheres to choose from. A cab ride to the city center is about 4-6 pounds only. And there is a free city shuttle bus that you may take too! Last but not least, the staff is VERY friendly and VERY professional and helpful! I highly recommend this hotel and will plan to stay there again if my travels take me to Manchester.

As a family of seven we travelled to Manchester to See Stevie Wonder in Concert. The gig was amazing and experience was greatly enhanced by having such a comfortable, affordable venue to stay overnight. Would recommend to anyone. Found Manchester to be a surprisingly vibrant city.

Dette var perfekt for en litt lengre Manchester-tur. Litt trang seng for 2 kompiser, og kun 1 dune. Men ba om ekstra dyne, og etter det fungerte det meste.

Dette leilighetshotellet kan på det varmeste anbefales til de som søker det lille ekstra. Flotte leiligheter med god komfort, bra beliggenhet og til en bra pris. Et lite minus var at det ble noe varmt på soverommet, men ellers så hadde vi et helt perfekt opphold.

Leiligheten ligger setralt til i forhold til Old Trafford, shopping og uteliv. Resepsjonen ligger litt skjult i en bakgate men leilighetene og servicen er veldig bra. Leilighetene har alt og er like fine som bildene på nett!

Vi var tre killar som åkte till Manchester för att se på fotboll, äta och dricka gott. Viktigt för oss var att vi skulle ha ett komfortabelt och citynära boende och våra förväntningar infriades utan tvekan. Om vi ska vara petiga så var det enda lilla minus att ingen av dom taxichaufförer vi åkte med under våra tre dagar i Manchester hittade till hotellet men det löste sig alltid ändå. Vi kommer definitivt att komma tillbaks nästa gång vi ska till "Drömmarnas teater". Tack!

Vi var och besökte vår dotter som studerar i Manchester och detta boende var perfekt för oss. Vi ville umgås så mycket som möjligt med henne och valde därför denna typ av boende där vi kunde bo alla 3. Trevliga rum dessutom 2 toaletter och litet kök där vi kunde laga lite enkel mat och äta gemensam frukost. Vår vistelse i Manchester var endast 3 dagar men eftersom vi nu bodde på detta sätt så blev det mycket bra

Det skønt hotel. Lejlighed stor,flot og meget inbydende. Var ret imponeret.
