This hotel is new. So new, in fact, that the high-tec equipment in the rooms doesn't work. Don't ask reception what the switches are for, because they don't know. There is wireless internet, but it didn't work with my computer, which connects from every other hotel. Reception said they would look into this, but never did. You will need roller skates or a Segway scooter to get to your room if you are not lucky enough to get a room close to the elevator. The corridors are neverending and you will be lucky if you find a sign pointing to the elevator before you lose your way going in the wrong direction. The hotel aspires to 5-star status, but the staff need to be trained and the technology department needs to do some quality control. Otherwise a smart hotel in a poor part of town and also close to both the S-Bahn and the tram.

Although the hotel may look like it is not in the centre of the city Berlin has amazing transport and there is the tram and underground literally out the front door. Just two stops away on the underground is Prenzlauer Allee which has a few amazing streets around it with great food, and some quirky second hand shops. All in all a great place to stay, breakfast is great and rooms are very clean and tidy. Enjoy

Hotel is new, only opened Mar 2009. Easy to find directly opposite Landsberger Allee S Bahn, you can't miss it. Hotel staff very friendly & professional. As soon as we were in the lobby the porter took our bags before we even got to the reception desk. Once we had checked in the porter gave us a mini tour of the hotel providing lots of info. Food in restaurant was great, not exactly cheap but that's the price you pay for quality, breakfast was good but I would expect more choice from a 4 star hotel, brassarie was not very good, had penne which was obviously pasta from a bag and not fresh egg pasta. The Sky bar is great, if you stay at this hotel you must have at least one drink there in the evening. Rooms were very nice and as expected from detail given, spa is worth checking out as there is no extra charge but if you want any treatments (massage/facials) they cost extra. The only thing that I can complaint about is that there was no welcome choc.

Godt hotel, venligt personale, gode facaliteter, dejligt spaområde, rigtig god morgenbuffet. Vil gerne bruge dette hotel igen, men det bør tilføjes, at det koster 10 EUR pr. dag man benytter hotellets parkeringsplads.

Sehr guter Service im ganzen Haus. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr freundlich und gaben immer gute und brauchbare Auskunft. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl und Vielfalt. Alle Artikel waren von guter Qualität und Frische. Auch hier war die Bedienung und der Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr geschmachvoll eingerichtet. Ich kann dieses Hotel auch wegen dem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nur bestens weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel wurde im März 2009 geöffnet, entsprechend ist der Zustand perfekt. Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer, davon gibt es 53 Stück von insgesamt 557. Ein riesen Raum in genialen Design, großer Flachbildschirm, tolles Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. Alles blitzsauber. Man fühlt sich schnell wie zu hause ! Der Service ist erstklassig aber noch nicht 100 % abgestimmt. Frühstück ist genial. Besonders Sonntag bis 13:00 ist perfekt. Zu empfehlen ist die stylische Bar im 14. Stock mit schönem Ausblick auf den Fernsehturm. Alles in allem zu empfehlen, wenn man ein günstiges Angebot erwischt.

hotel nuovissimo, camere spaziose e molto moderne, servizio impeccabile. Bar all'ultimo piano fantastico per vedere Berlino di notte dall'alto. Ottima scelta!
