Flat 5 Madrid was great and exactly what I wanted - low priced but nicely furnished and very well equipped . The room was very modern and had everything I needed including a private bathroom, TV and air conditioning - and I could even have toast and coffee brought into my room in the morning for just two euros! Reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. Additionally the location was fantastic, less than a minute from Noviciado metro station and about a twenty minute walk from Sol. I will definitely be back!

We stayed in a double room with shared bathroom. the room was small but no complaints at all about the hotel. The bathroom was very clean and breakfast is served to the room. I would definitely stay there again. Location was pretty good with a short walk to Gran Via.

Stayed here for 3 nights before heading off to the Canaries, so was looking for something reasonably priced, centrally located and easy to get to from the airport? Price was what we expected for a major city and allow an hour on the Metro with a 2 minute walk from Noviciado station to the hotel, but be warned there are 2 exits where one is closer than the other! It was centrally located so each barrio can be walked to easily, if you want to walk that is, or hop on the Metro instead! Room was clean and well presented, nice double bed which was very comfy and made each day, the only comment would be that the room was a bit small for 2 adults, couldn’t really sit around in the room. No en suite – unsurprisingly for the room size – but that was OK as the shared bathroom was great, clean and well furnished, water always hot. Can't talk about the breakfast as we didn't have it, we went out instead and there were plenty nearby plus great places to eat tapas etc too – check the rough guide for ideas, some great places in that. All in all a great place for a few nights, we enjoyed it and the staff was really helpful and friendly.

Wij hadden een kamer zonder badkamer. De kamer was heel leuk ingericht. Klein, dat wel, maar wel alles wat je nodig hebt, ook airco. Bij het hotel kun je de avond van tevoren ontbijt bestellen. Je kunt kiezen uit allerlei dingen en ze brengen dit dan op je kamer op de afgesproken tijd. Eén minpuntje: het hotel is erg gehorig, dus als je buren wakker zijn, ben jij dat ook. Ook kun je de lift goed horen in de kamers zonder badkamer.

personnel très serviable, déco rigolote, mais chambres très petites, et SDB commune selon les chambres... pas cher, mais le prix est justifié, ça ne vaut peut-être pas +

Gute Anbindung an verschiedene Metrostationen und Linien, Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich, W-Lan, Zimmer war extrem sauber, sauberer als in manch teurem Hotel in dem ich schon war, mit TV und Klimaanlage. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer mit Queensizebett, was für mich total ausgereicht hat. Aber auch mit einer zweiten Person wäre man zurecht gekommen. Man ist schließlich nicht in Madrid, um im Zimmer zu leben. Allerdings gibt es auch größere Zimmer. Weiterhin lagen Handtücher im Zimmer bereit und das Gemeinschaftsbad, das ich benutzte, war hübsch dekoriert und sehr, sehr sauber. Geputzt wird dort das Zimmer auch jeden Tag. Die Unterkunft ist klein (in der Art wie eine große Wohnung), aber gestaltet mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail.

Accueil très agréable bien qu'exclusivement en Espagnol (mais après tous, nous sommes en Espagne...). Chambre petite mais très confortable, très propre. L'hotel est en fait un appartement découpé en chambres et décoré de façon très moderne. Comme dans tous les hotels, c'est un peu bruyant, mais rien d'insuportable. Il est de plus idéalement placé, à quelques pas du métro et en plein coeur de la ville. Bref, un excellent rapport qualité/prix ! Nous sommes un jeune couple et avons été très satisfait.

Petit hôtel moderne et bien décoré, au 5e étage d'un immeuble du presque centre ville. 5 minutes à pied de Callao et 10 minutes de la Puerta del Sol. L'accueil est simple et chaleureux. C'est un endroit idéal pour quelques jours. L'hôtel dispose du Wi-fi.
